I usually go to hops for the Monday night wings special at least twice a month. I have noticed that the turnover for waitress are pretty high. But i thought that was pretty common. However, i have notice the quality of wings are starting to decrease. I love the sweet chill, honey bbq, regular bbq and hot wings but over the pass few months when i ordered these flavor of wings the wings were only half way flavored with the sauce and the other half was uncovered. When i pointed this out to the waitress she agreed when the food arrived. i was later told i would have to pay an additional cost for sauce. I considered this practice ridiculous so i told my waitress she could take them back and remove the order from my bill. Upon her return i was given the sauce at no additional cost. So when i was at hops and the local police approached my area and asked was there a problem i was shock. I was informed that the individual behind me refused to pay for a item that had hair in it and that they requested the manager come to speak with them. Instead of a manager coming over to address their concerns the police were called. As these customers quitely and patiently waited to address this matter with a manager. I personally believe this matter could've been handle more tactfully. I felt endangered and embarrassed as all the patrons assumed that the police was approaching my table initially because we were so close to other customer. After experiencing this i will looking for another local wings spot to visit...
Read moreI was the first time customer me and a coworker. We both ordered T-bone steaks. She asked for mushrooms and onions on her. There was only 19 people in the restaurant and the music was quit loud.They brought one T-bone one New York strip or a porterhouse when we both ask for a T-bone. I stated I didn’t order this I want my tbone they told me no.I said fine didn’t touch it.When the bill came I told them I’m only gonna pay for my drink and my shrimps I ordered they said no if you don’t pay for all your food we’re calling the police and that’s exactly what they did call. The police came and told us we will be charged only $75 for four drinks and two orders of shrimps I knew that was over priced but I just wanted to leave It was so embarrassing having 6 police cars pull up.Whoever owns this establishment need to fire their waiting staff and so-called manager that came up to us and called the police on us because at the end of the day when you go out to eat, should be the greatest experience, not the worst and embarrassing experience. Read moreI have been going there for 7 years plus with my friends posting them and always having a good time... well today I brought my family there to celebrate my cousins birthday and the tables had NO CHAIRS.. So I moved 1 chair from the bar (please keep in mind the bar had over 20 chairs and 15 of em WERE EMPTY)... the nice waitress who always waits on me came to the table and I thought she was going to take my our order but instead she started apologizing saying that she didn't know how to tell me but the Bartender /Manager is ordering her to tell us to put her chairs back at the bar... I ask them why would they not want patrons to eat and drink comfortably and she was rude pointing her finger in my face and yelling... OH YES, needless to say that conversation went from zero to 100 in 60 seconds... I WILL NEVER RETURN BECAUSE IF THE MANAGER HAS A RUDE ATTITUDE NOT CARING ABOUT MONEY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN THE OWNERS HAVE GOT TO MAKE BAD CHOICES TO EMPLOY SOMEONE WHO TREATS PEOPLE LIKE THAT REPRESENTING THEM....AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER OR OWNER SHE SAID THERE IS NOONE HIGHER THAN ME SO...
