I was looking for a good, reliable vehicle when I came to this place. They had a variety of nice cars. However, my last car kept breaking down so it was time for a new one and I thought this place would really provide a good vehicle so I could get back to and from work. Wrong! I was told it was a good and reliable vehicle. Seem to me- they don’t inspect some, if any of these cars. I couldn’t be more upset that now. Well the first few weeks car was fine. I took it to Infiniti dealership. They gave me a list of all the things that was wrong but that wasn’t even the worst part. The items listed on the list didn’t affect the car it was other things which I feel they should have fix with scheduled maintenance. I had this car since December and I have already spend over 2,000 in parts and repairs. I lost one of my jobs because the car keeps breaking down. I can’t make money for a down payment because I am constantly fixing this junk of a car. I have receipts/ bank statements to prove it. It is broke down now (4/5th time since I had it) and I may have to quit a second job. I have never been so depressed in my life. I am going to get this car fix for the last time. If it breaks down again, I will have a tow truck to tow it back to them and I will not make another payment on this piece of junk. I don’t have money for a down payment and I don’t believe I can get rid of this junk. When people buy cars, they shouldn’t have to fix a car soon as they get it- I think within the year they gets it- warranty or no warranty. I am so messed up right now. I called them about trading it they going to say I have to have a down payment, I spent the down payment getting this junk fix and I’m going to let the financing company know to be more careful with what they finance. I feel I was played at this dealership. You should be able to purchase the car you want and it should be reliable. You shouldn’t have to lose a job...
Read moreWell for starters this car lot is not your traditional car lot These vehicles are brokered vehicles. I got approved for a car and pic out a car that we wanted. Im buying this car for my daughter. It was this pretty ford fiesta With all the buttonS and whistles. Now there was a couple things that moved me the wrong way 1st the car was about 7800.00 and the broker wanted me to pay down $2000 on this car. 2nd of all this car wasn't paid for but wanted to shift the payoff onto the buyer within the down payment NOT!!! Now we had to found another car and we did A 2014 Nissan versa. Taking about 2wks to get financed and after a total of 30 inquires later. This includes all 3 credit bureaus. My credit is fair. I test drove this car and it appeared to run OK at first. My daughter car made it to the first car note but a few days after the a/c went out and the transmission started acting a real fool. It made a few days pass the first car note. Now they do offer warranty but it cost a big penny but not so great coverage. I was advised to shop elsewhere. I decided to call the sale person that sold me the car and I told him what happened. (TJ) And he told me to have it brought to a shop that they use for repairs and they will look at it at no cost to me. I was also told that if it is the transmission. I will have to get with the broker who was over the sale of this vehicle. (Daryl James ). Now I had it towed today and I will have the results on Monday. Now Im gonna see what this broker is gonna do and at least give him a chance to make necessary repairs. Once this is done I will give an update about my situation.and possibly change my rating. Meanwhile be very careful shopping with this car lot. Some of their car are clean but these cars have...
Read moreThis has to be the WORST used car lot in Tennessee. VERY rude staff. I was harassed by phone from my car dealer (MARIO ISOM) There were a few loose ends of my contract that we were trying to sort out. I was at work getting harassed.. he called me 7 times back to back after I told him I would call and speak with someone else to finish the deal. I was talked to rudely and hung up on because of a small misunderstanding with what was asked of me. I cooperated and still even agreed to finish things out after the disrespect but later decided I didn’t want ANY dealings with this lot. The next day I went to get my down payment back after only having the car for less than 48 hours. The manager was rude as soon a I said I was dissatisfied with the company and wanted my money back. He slammed his hand on his desk and walked out. He gave a paper with the amount I would receive back. When I received the paper, I had a few questions. I was told “I’m not answering your questions.” “It’s in english.. Can’t you read!?” My car dealer told me I didn’t know what I was talking about because I’m young and haven’t lived life & I shouldn’t have much to say. There is so much more to this story.. I even had to contact the police because I felt threatened. Long story short PLEASE listen to these reviews. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS...
