I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I’ll explain why after the original review, posted below: I was prepared to love this place. I needed a new dishwasher because I have family coming in for Christmas. All of the big stores said they couldn’t deliver in time. Then I found Siano. They had one and could deliver in 2 business days. He came and left it running after installing. I waited til the cycle was finished and then had to do some errands. When I got back, the dishwasher door made a horrible knocking sound on opening and closing. It sounded like something was breaking. The store was closed. I left a message and called first thing Tuesday, the next morning. They said they were too busy to come out that day but would come out Wednesday between 3 and 5pm. Well it’s now 8pm on Wednesday and no one has come out. I called the store at 5:30 pm and she checked and said they were still coming but it would be between 5 and 6 pm. Again, it’s now 8 pm. No one. I am very stressed as I now have no idea when/if they are going to fix it in time. Why couldn’t they have the driver get in touch with me? I am very dissatisfied. So here is why I’m changing the review: Thursday morning I called right when they opened. I explained what happened. She said she would send someone out first thing and that both the repairman and someone from the store would call when he was on his way. They both called, he came, and he fixed it quickly. He had apparently neglected to tighten a screw and that caused the noise. The store owner said the repair guy said he had called last night, but I have no message from him. If the loose screw and lapse in communication were missing from this equation, I would give them 5 stars. I’ve got my dishwasher when no one else in town could deliver one. Oh what the hell. It’s Christmas: I’m changing it back to 5 stars. God bless...

I visited Siano to buy a dishwasher last Thursday (8/8). I pretty much knew what I wanted, Bosch, Benchmark or 800 series, but wanted to see actual models to make a final decision. They had one 800 series on display in the store, but fortunately the Bosch rep was in the store and was able to help me make a decision. The Bosch rep checked his inventory and said that I could pick it up at the store the following Monday (8/13) and the salesman said I would receive a call when it was in, probably about 2. I had my son switch his day off at work so that he and his truck were available. Since I had oral surgery scheduled that day for 2:00, I called the store about noon to check what time my son would be able to get it. A few transfers later, I was connected to my salesman. He informed me that the dishwasher wouldn't be in until the next Monday. Since my husband, who would be installing it, is going out of town Friday, and my son will be back in school next week, I said that I needed the order cancelled until we can figure out a different plan. He said he would cancel it and we ended the call. By Wednesday (8/15), there was no credit back to our credit card. I called and spoke to someone in billing that transferred me again to my salesman. My salesman said that he hadn't issued a refund because he didn't have my credit card number. I asked why he didn't ask for it when we spoke on Monday. He said that he figured that I would stop in the store after I got back in town, even though I had never said that I would. It is now Thursday again and Siano still has my $2000+. It is Friday, the 5th day after the salesman cancelled my order and the third day after I gave him my credit card info to issue a refund. NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED...

We have been through a very stressful 8 months living in one room over the garage with 3 pups while our downstairs was undergoing a total rework due to burst pipe flooding. I have a broken neck and other injuries from a car accident and am limited in mobility and my wife has also experienced medical difficulties. We needed to replace our cook top and were frustrated at every turn. A friend suggested we try Siano and that is where we met Shandice Jefferson. This young lady exploded a bright light into our dark room. Her delightful presence was a breath of fresh air. Shandice has a sparkling personality, is knowledgeable and accommodating and attentive to the needs of her customer. She researched our requirements, located an appropriate cook top, gave us the best possible price and assured us that she could have it for us in 5 days. No one else could come close and most seemed to be disinterested in helping us at best. To the contrary, Shanice treated us as though we were the only customer in the world. We knew within the first few moments of our conversation that she would fulfill our needs and that we were going to purchase our cook top from her. She understood our physical limitations and personally brought the appliance to us on her way home from work. We will shop Siano and nowhere else for appliances in the future because of the extraordinary young lady, Shandice Jefferson, who showed us such care and concern and personal attention and competence. To the owner and management of Siano, you should find a way to clone Shandice in your every store and enjoy amazing prosperity and success in your business. Found Siano Appliances website searching for a Viking induction cooktop. I worked with Curtis who was my main contact from purchase to final installation. The TLDR review is that the company, is an honest and responsible vendor. I ran into major problems including shipping damage and voided warranties, but working with Curtis, Siano did everything within their power to make me whole. I would certainly return to their business when next looking for an appliance. Details below After settling on a model and working out the payment details Siano the cooktop to UPS with a tracking number in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately, when the cooktop arrived, it had been damaged during transit; not what I needed and a now a fear on my part as to how Siano would react. Curtis helped me find an authorized Viking repair tech, provided the company contact info and they covered the costs of the repair without me needed to pay anything. That was a relief. The second hurtle was that Viking would not honor the appliance warranty, nor would they explain what the issue was. Again, Siano Appliances offered an equivalent solution for a very reasonable price. The installation into my house was another matter which required running a new large wire into the island but that is of no consequence to this review. Suffice to say that throughout the 60+ days to reach the point of an installed appliance (see image), Curtis and Siano Appliance were available and responsive the whole time. Thank you for that.

I called and the "manager" says that's the one I paid for and she couldn't have sold the more expensive one for that price (it was only maybe 100 more) very poor customer service and wasn't nice, was just told we will come pick it back up and refund the money in a few days. No one else to talk to above her. Now keep in mind my frig went out which is why I am buying a new one. And home depot has the same ones for similar price, so i will be going there instead. Never will I be back nor recommend this place. **** since the girl that says she was manager wants to reply as the owner now.... just bc I was looking around 1500 did NOT mean I couldn't spend more. And the other frig was not 1800, I have a picture of it below and surely wasn't 4000 like you claim I looked at. No one there cares about the customer just making the sale... your right I did call back and was told sorry that's the one you paid for instead of asking me to come I. To talk about how this could be handled. Also the delivery guy heard what was said and says I am NOT the only person that this lady has been rude too. And I did keep the one you sent that I didn't want bc you said I would have to wait a week for the other one bc it was already sold..... I am a small business as well and do not act like your business.

[I had done research before coming in!] She patiently answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. It felt more like chatting with a friend than a sales pitch! There was absolutely no pressure, just honest and helpful guidance. But the fantastic service didn’t stop there. The delivery and installation, handled by Michael, was equally impressive. He arrived on time, was efficient, and took great care in setting everything up. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I’ll definitely be returning to Siano Appliances the next time I’m in need of an appliance! If you're looking for top-notch customer service from start to finish, I highly recommend Siano Appliances!
