I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I’ll explain why after the original review, posted below: I was prepared to love this place. I needed a new dishwasher because I have family coming in for Christmas. All of the big stores said they couldn’t deliver in time. Then I found Siano. They had one and could deliver in 2 business days. He came and left it running after installing. I waited til the cycle was finished and then had to do some errands. When I got back, the dishwasher door made a horrible knocking sound on opening and closing. It sounded like something was breaking. The store was closed. I left a message and called first thing Tuesday, the next morning. They said they were too busy to come out that day but would come out Wednesday between 3 and 5pm. Well it’s now 8pm on Wednesday and no one has come out. I called the store at 5:30 pm and she checked and said they were still coming but it would be between 5 and 6 pm. Again, it’s now 8 pm. No one. I am very stressed as I now have no idea when/if they are going to fix it in time. Why couldn’t they have the driver get in touch with me? I am very dissatisfied. So here is why I’m changing the review: Thursday morning I called right when they opened. I explained what happened. She said she would send someone out first thing and that both the repairman and someone from the store would call when he was on his way. They both called, he came, and he fixed it quickly. He had apparently neglected to tighten a screw and that caused the noise. The store owner said the repair guy said he had called last night, but I have no message from him. If the loose screw and lapse in communication were missing from this equation, I would give them 5 stars. I’ve got my dishwasher when no one else in town could deliver one. Oh what the hell. Read moreI visited Siano to buy a dishwasher last Thursday (8/8). I pretty much knew what I wanted, Bosch, Benchmark or 800 series, but wanted to see actual models to make a final decision. They had one 800 series on display in the store, but fortunately the Bosch rep was in the store and was able to help me make a decision. The Bosch rep checked his inventory and said that I could pick it up at the store the following Monday (8/13) and the salesman said I would receive a call when it was in, probably about 2. I had my son switch his day off at work so that he and his truck were available. Since I had oral surgery scheduled that day for 2:00, I called the store about noon to check what time my son would be able to get it. A few transfers later, I was connected to my salesman. He informed me that the dishwasher wouldn't be in until the next Monday. Since my husband, who would be installing it, is going out of town Friday, and my son will be back in school next week, I said that I needed the order cancelled until we can figure out a different plan. He said he would cancel it and we ended the call. By Wednesday (8/15), there was no credit back to our credit card. I called and spoke to someone in billing that transferred me again to my salesman. My salesman said that he hadn't issued a refund because he didn't have my credit card number. I asked why he didn't ask for it when we spoke on Monday. He said that he figured that I would stop in the store after I got back in town, even though I had never said that I would. It is now Thursday again and Siano still has my $2000+. It is Friday, the 5th day after the salesman cancelled my order and the third day after I gave him my credit card info to issue a refund. NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED...

No one else could come close and most seemed to be disinterested in helping us at best. To the contrary, Shanice treated us as though we were the only customer in the world. We knew within the first few moments of our conversation that she would fulfill our needs and that we were going to purchase our cook top from her. She understood our physical limitations and personally brought the appliance to us on her way home from work. We will shop Siano and nowhere else for appliances in the future because of the extraordinary young lady, Shandice Jefferson, who showed us such care and concern and personal attention and competence. To the owner and management of Siano, you should find a way to clone Shandice in your every store and enjoy amazing prosperity and success in your business.
