Iâve ordered here twice now. One for December and one order I placed recently for an upcoming holiday. The first order, the arrangement was subpar and in my mind, didnât really constitute the price, but the recipient was happy with it so thatâs all that matters I suppose. They did not send any kind of confirmation that the order had been delivered which I thought was unprofessional and not thorough. I had to wait about an hour and check with the recipient (almost ruining the surprise) to see if they had received their flowers.
My second order, I ordered a smaller arrangement and am awaiting delivery on the respective date. On my prior order, I was charged immediately after placing the order (ya know, like normal businesses). I kept waiting to be charged for my purchase and had not so I believed my order did not go through despite the confirmation email. Reached out and was told that there is no charge until delivery. Thatâs fine, but it wouldâve been insightful to let customers know this information so they at least know. This also sets up situations where you appropriately budget for the flower delivery, yet something comes up and when they decide to charge you, the funds are not there. Just providing some thoughtfulness would be nice. I reached out to customer service regarding this and the response was very nonchalant like they couldnât be bothered. It might be a small thing to some, but little things can quickly add up and become big things. I think this is my last order with Pughâs based on the customer service alone. After reading through some of the responses to other unsatisfied customers, I see that some of their responses are not professional or kind in tone. Hopefully, the recipient enjoys this...
   Read moreI would like to share my recent experience with Pugh's because I was very very satisfied with the entirety. It was recently my mom's birthday and unfortunately, her original gift I purchased online ran late and I wasn't made aware until the last minute. I decided on having flowers delivered so I began searching online for potential options. I found and decided to give Pugh's a try, because of my narrow window I really needed the flowers delivered the same day, ideally before 2PM, I went with their same day delivery option but I did see that the eta was "before 5PM" which made me a bit nervous, regardless I completed my order and I wasn't too excited about the possibility of not meeting my 2PM cutoff but it wouldn't be the end of the world. After thinking about it a bit more, I decided to email the store and figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. I let them know my situation but that I also was understanding if an early delivery wasn't possible, after all, I placed the order that same morning. I was surprised when I received a response only a few minutes later letting me know that they'll keep my request in mind and check for any way to accommodate which was good enough for me. I don't know if this is the norm for LATE orders like mine, but I was extremely grateful when my mother called thanking me for the flowers, this was roughly midday and thanks to Pugh's she was able to receive her flowers before leaving for a short trip.    Read moreVery unprofessional staff heavy set lady long dark hair quoted me 273 for magnificent life spray I told her that was to much at the moment change it to heart felt sympathy for 200 to come in the next day with the difference in money to be told by a different associate I was overcharged and the magnificent life spray is actually 248 so thereâs no difference needed to upgrade the flowers I then told the first associate I would like a picture and I would like to see the spray before it left their location I was told Iâd be sent an picture and I could come in before 3 because it wonât be sent out until an hour before the service which would be 3 so I call them and they say well it was sent this morning we donât have picture Iâm livid with this company that didn't even include detail information like who the flowers would be delivered to and the correct address to be delivered at in the order I had to resubmit that information a day later other than that they would possibly have not got to the location at all I would never shop with them again oh and to say the flowers where beautiful 100 times well I guess Iâll just have to wait and be the judge of that since I didnât get to see the expensive 250 dollar flowers I paid for before they set foot in the destinationâŠoh and update to the associate who told me earlier they didnât have a photo to show to be sent a photo which now I know why they didnât want to send it the flower is nowhere comparable to the one in the photo is it beautiful yes but nowhere near as full...
