Bamboo Garden — Restaurant in Memphis

UPDATE: this is my 5th time in 2 months I order the same thing. This is the 4th and last time they will mess up my order. I'm not going here anymore. I asked for no onions in my food. I dont know how clearer I can say that... NO ONIONS NO ONIONS and they still put onions in my food. This will be the last time they get my money. I used to love going here and eating their food. But now they're starting to give you less food than they was a year ago. And now at night they're overcharging me an extra dollar for the same food I ordered that same exact day in the morning it's a totally different price. I will not be going to this location because why would you charge me extra if you didn't charge me extra the first time I've got the food. This is ridiculous. I will not be purchasing anything else from this location and y'all better watch...

I love this place . I come for lunch about 3 days a week and the service is fast and the food is fantastic. I always get the general tso chicken and for $2 more you can upgrade to your reg rice to the house fried rice .my favorite dishes are pepper steak , house lo mein , and general tso chicken and fried scallops .I work at fed ex and i always have enough for lunch. I make it 2 meals every time . I been coming to bamboo garden snice 2011 and i tried many other asian restaurant, but always end up at bamboo . They cook the food to order so i can leave out onions and add other veg . When I dine in, the lady always smile and refill my tea quickly. i have been in this area 4yrs and usually I try my hardest to give everyone a chance but these people really got under my skin tonight. waited every bit of 45 minutes on my food the cashier let me place my order i waited patiently also went to set in my car a while .the cashier told me they will wave once it’s ready so i got tired of waiting and went back in to to ask for a refund the cashier had my money waiting than I asked where they ever preparing my order he stated no they where cleaning the grill .so you mean to tell me cleaning your grill is more important than fixing a customer order that has been waiting 45mins am tell you guys now don’t visit this place at all they don’t value your time at all. i will add that i was given a free bottled...
