The menu is appealing .The taste/ quality is like basic bar food. My place of work was disappointed to find out they charged us not only TN state tax and added gratuity on a to-go order. Also a random "surcharge". So for 3 people to eat a burger and fries TO-GO it was $70. $16 of that was surcharge and gratuity. Kind of seems like with it being a to- go order they were able to manipulate the pricing/ tax... We use to come down there as a group for lunch to eat/ shoot pool/ and (most importantly to your employees) tip well. It is convenient and literally next door to us. However, we will not be back due to the apparent new tax/ menu pricing. $23 a piece for a burger is too high for bar food.

The band was really good. The food was ok. Beer selection was not very good for drafts. I had a beer that was not good because they ran out of most drafts. I drank part of the beer but it was not good. I was told since I drank some of it then it goes on my ticket. It was not good. Good place for music. The beer selection was not good and the food was just ok. I would not come back but, I would see the band again. I guess customer service doesn’t factor into return visits. I liked the place until the bad beer and having to pay for the bad beer. It was 90 percent full. It tastes like yuck.

Just finished eating at SIDECAR in Memphis, Tennessee. The food was excellent. Best tasting hush puppies ever. Sweet and tender. Melted in your mouth. And the fried shrimp poboy was done to perfection. The atmosphere was great. Harley riders love it. But the service was the best. Our waitress,Chloe, was very attentive to what we wanted. Even gave us pointers on where to visit around here. Thank you Chloe!

Since moving here from Virginia I have avoided most bars, even though they have some of the best food, because of the smoking. Sidecar Cafe was no exception to this. I took my bike there once for lunch and never went back because I couldn't taste my burger over the cigarette smoke. But I gave it another chance on what just so happened to be their first day without smoking...and wow! What a difference! The food was great, and other than the regulars grumbling about not being able to smoke, everyone was super friendly. I was able to sit and enjoy my food and beer0 while catching the game on the big screen TV. I applaud the Sidecare Cafe and will now be back more often as will others that I've told that it's now...

Atmosphere was great, they had a live band playing which always brings great ambiance to a restaurant. My White Russian was strong as hell - can’t truly complain there - and the mini fried corn dogs were very yummy. Unfortunately my beef slider was dry and 90% bun, and my partners Philly cheesesteak sandwich was also sub par. The meat was dry and burnt. Our service was alright, but staff smoke right off the outdoor deck in front of guests. As a service industry worker, I don’t think that smoking in front of guests is the best look. All in all, we weren’t super impressed with our experience, but hey,...
