This is the Dessert Spot for me in Bartlett. If I am at work and I feel the need for a pick me up and make me happy treat. BOOM! I know where to go. I went in just on a whim and because I love to #eatlocal #supportsmallbusiness. The desserts are not the normal super sweets you get at American bakeries. They are traditional Latin/Mexican/Spanish (Not American) dessert. So far I have tried the tresletche (Strawberry and Caramel), cookies, donuts and the rice pudding. My wife loves the cookies. They are basically shortbread. We both love the tresletche. And just recently I found my all time fave. Pictured below is a Chocolate tresletche cake with (wait for it) FLAN! Yep, your brain just melted! OMG

While eating the Tres Leches Cake, I noticed one bite I took wasn't quite right. I spit it out and saw something brown.
