This place has been here for about 8 months so it’s fairly new to the area. I wish I saw that they had more customers, because they certainly deserve the popularity that many other places get. The woman who helped take our order & answer any questions was very sweet!
They have a bakery area with tongs & trays (pictured), so you can select your pastries yourself in a clean manner. They have a kids menu & breakfast menu and so many options on their main menus. They also have ridges stocked with a variety of beverages (pictured), but also offer homemade, fresh horchata and agua frescas. There’s another fridge with homemade cold treats such as, what I believe to be, tres leche with fresh strawberries! Which was amazing! One of, if not THE best tres leche I’ve had! Their horchata was clearly homemade, fresh, and equally as amazing. So refreshing! I cannot express enough how good these were! 🤤😍
We ordered a pastor torta & a chicken burrito (I requested no beans nor tomato). The portions were huge! See for yourself or check my pictures to see! The pastor does have a very generous portion of jalapeños, so if you’re not a fan, do request to leave them off. It was had to take a good picture of the torta, but know it was huge & it was packed! It was so good, and will make for a great lunch tomorrow. The chicken for the burrito was marinated in a red, probably tomato-based, sauce but was not spicy nor thick. The burrito was so delicious and will also make a great lunch for the next day. 😅
Their menu looks so good, with menudo, huevos rancheros, barbacoa, gorditas, and so much more. I will certainly be trying all their options and their bakery goods!
They’re open every day: 7 am to 8 pm. Lots of open seating, and a...
Read moreWent here off the reviews online and was extremely happy I did. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and promptly got service. It’s a decent size area with a nice bakery option along with self service drinks and desserts right as you walk in. We ordered food and also got some sweet treats after dinner. The food was wonderful but the service was even better. The two women working were both very helpful and cheerful and some of the friendliest service I’ve had in the entire city. I would recommend this place to everyone. I had the chicken fajitas and my partner had the steak tacos and cheese dip. The salsa and chips were nice and fresh and some high quality chips. We loved our meals and were so excited to try the desserts. I couldn’t tell you the names of the treats but they all had caramel in the middle besides the donuts and they were 10/10 delicious. Also, do yourself a favor and get you an old fashioned coke in the glass bottle. Couldn’t say enough good things about this establishment and will...
Read moreTucked away like a well-kept secret, this charming, family-owned gem serves up authentic Mexican cuisine with a warmth that instantly makes you feel at home. Though modest in size, the space is impeccably clean, cozy, and inviting—complemented by a genuinely friendly staff.
Beyond the kitchen, they also run a delightful little bakery, and everything on the menu feels refreshingly easy on the wallet. We opted for their street tacos, and let’s just say, they were nothing short of perfection. Served on fresh, soft corn tortillas, each bite was bursting with flavor. We sampled Al Pastor, Chorizo, and Carne Asada—all exceptional, though the Pastor stole my heart.
A selection of house-made salsas arrived at the table, each impeccably seasoned, elevating the tacos to an entirely new level. Before leaving, we couldn’t resist taking home a few baked treats—classic Mexican pastries, delicately sweet and freshly made.
A true hidden gem that deserves all the praise. Consider this your sign to go. You...
