HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I'm unsure where to start with my experience for my daughter's birthday party I booked in February for May 4, 2024 @ 2PM $29.50 per child. I do know people should receive great customer service when spending money for a product/service . I arrived at 1:45 to setup the room within alloted 15 minutes, but to my dismay the room was still dirty. When I asked the lady with long red braids what was going on, her nonchalant reply was "The previous party went over, and you just have to wait". The floor was being mopped and the room smelled like bleach .I'm happy they use cleaning products, but who wants to sit and inhale this plus had a guest with asthma. Finally, we were let into the room around 2:10-2:15 with the floor still wet. I immediately emailed E.Clooney with photos (5 days later no response). Due to pizza crust shortage was limited to order extra pizza for parents and the pizza arrived at 3:15 PM. The hostess continued to dodge us without updates and returned immediately for payment after delivering our pizza to rush us out at 3:30PM.This was embarrassing to be treated this way in front of our guest and a waste of money. We were very respectful with expressing our thoughts and I assured the hostess we understood it wasn't her fault, but security was sent in as if we were being aggressive at 3:20 PM. We made cleanup easy with the tablecloths, didn't allow the children to make a mess for the hostess ,and while still at the facility saw her in the room serving pizza as a hostess should for 10% gratuity. I couldn't make up this experience, photos show the room was still dirty upon arrival, floor being mopped and the hostess actually being a hostess (kindly...
Read moreI have been visiting this Putt Putt since I was a child in the 80s and always try to bring my children there whenever we are in Memphis. I took my 14 year old Sunday night to play some arcade games an possibly golf or ride go-carts. When my debit card wouldn't work in the vending machine to load money on the play card for the arcade, I went to the cash register. There were 5-6 employees standing within 5 feet of the register , but they were too busy chatting with each other to acknowledge me. After a couple of minutes, one employee finally called a different employee over to see what we needed. Unfortunately, the arcade now mostly consists of games that are basically kiddie casino games for tickets. These games range from $0.50 per play to over $2.00 per play. There was one small section of the arcade that did have some actual video games in it, but most of those were driving games that we were not interested in. After blowing our $20 on a couple of games of air hockey and 5-6 casino games, we decided to grab a snack. Back at the counter, we encountered the same group of employees standing around and chatting and once again had to wait for one specific employee to be called over to help us. We tried to order one of the soft pretzels that were in the pretzel display and a small drink but we were told that "the kitchen is closed". It was 9:10 pm and according to Google, Putt Putt doesn't close until 11 pm on Sunday. At that point, we decided to cut our losses and left. I will no longer recommend...
Read moreNot my cup of tea.
We went to play putt putt and got lost in the confusion of the three courses they offer. The courses are not clearly marked and gets very confusing. If they would mark them and clean up a little more this would be a decent place to go. Don't get me wrong, for $9 bucks it's definitely something to keep you entertained "be it from trying to figure out which hole you're supposed to go to or from putting lol".
Some "not all" of the employees were too tied up in their phones to be of any use, I've got a big problem with that. Call me old school but where I come from we go to work to EARN our money not play on a phone. The boss/bosses should address this. The other employees up there seemed like pretty good and friendly people.
The environment as far as other customers is concerned was very relaxed and friendly people. That's a big plus, I enjoy being surrounded by easy going people that are just out to enjoy life and it seemed like that was the vast majority of the other people there at the time we went.
Quick summary, clean up, mark and organize the courses; address the employee/phone issues and y'all will have a great place. Just looking for some fun & cheap entertainment then it's worth it. I'd go back again just not as a...
