Whatever you do please do not choose delivery from this location. I ordered an item for next day delivery on 5/20/25 & here it is 5/27/25 and I still do not have the item. In addition the order status states no tracking available due to item not being collected. I contacted the store & spoke with a lady who took my details & called me back leaving a message stating that they showed someone collecting the items on the camera and that the manager advised I could come to the store & select another item. Called to speak to the manager to let them know I couldn’t drive to the store & would like a refund. He proceeds to tell me to call uber for my refund. I have no transactions for uber so I told him I didn’t understand Why I’d be contacting them regarding the refund if I have no transactions or info for or with them. I asked for his name & the number to the corporate office and he would not provide either. He actually got rude with me advised that since he had already given me his name he wouldn’t be giving it again. Businesses should be more customer service oriented. If your deliveries are being handled by uber, door dash, etc and your products are not making it to the customer then you should be a bit more helpful to your customer versus shoving them off. Giving this place a one star due to the fact no one answers the phone when you select a representative to talk too ? I’ve called on multiple occasions within business hours for no one to answer ? Might as well just talk that option (number 5) off the directory if no one can simply answer the phone ….

Was calling because the order that made yesterday evening I just received a messages saying it’s Not available at the store ? When it’ clearly showed yesterday that it was and it already took the money out of bank ? Was trying to reach a representative that I can talk too before I have to make that long drive on the other side of town . I returned a sales final clock which had a chip in the glass. Unfortunately, because it wasn't tested to see if it worked had to return and exchanged for something of equal value. I was told that credit would be returned to my debit card within 24 hours. This was May 31, 2021 Memorial Day. To date no refund was issued. The items that were exchanged were paid separately and I still have not received the credit and I spoke with a store representative on Friday, June 4 who took my information and stated that a store manager would be giving me a call.
