Very bad customer service. The staff talked down to me and was very condescending. You're giving yourself way to much credit and not taking accountability saying I was sent there by someone, 🛑 IT!!! Noone is investing energy into bringing you or your store down you will do a good job of dong that yourself along with your staff. I sincerely came in to purchase items , to spend my well-earned abundance in your store but the energy was so bad. I said a "Whatever evil return to sender " affirmation and walked out of that heavy demonic energy space and left. I decided to go to Ebbo on Madison after I left there and my encounter and experience were completely different for the better. Ebbo is the best. I felt at home there. EVERYONE at Ebbo was so helpful, kind, positive, and professional. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO mystic eye. I dealt with a Latino guy and a short Latino female. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE ⚠️ Follow up I have never authorized Mystic EYE or staff to use my likeness or image to advertise on their page. That is a violation of my rights and I demand cease using my image for advertisement you will be sued. This further goes to show how crazy these people are and how unprofessional they are for using my image without written authorization. When I stepped in I BROUGHT GOLDEN LIGHT because I'm blessed with the SPIRIT-filled gift of Clairvoyance and clairaudience I am filled with joy, peace love, and light....nothing to be mad about at all...just peeped that demonic energy called it out and bounced 🤷🏽‍♀️. Next time I will read reviews before going to another establishment, which I should have done before coming to mystic eye. I am not the ONLY person that has encountered your bad energy and customer service, AS EVIDENCED BY OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT I DON'T KNOW THAT REPORT SIMILAR ENCOUNTERS...plus the HIGH STAR reviews are manufactured because you give a discount at the register in exchange for posting a review 🤣 Also,The piece of paper had two paragraphs on it. A simple DO NOT TOUCH sign would have been respected and honored. I AM ANNOINTED WITH AN AURA OF GOLDEN LIGHT. I left a poor review on yesterday and would like to take the time out to apologize to the owner, the store associate (Gracie), and anyone my poorly judged & inaccurate review could have affected.

I have visited this place twice and I had a beautiful experience each time. Gracie, the younger associate, had great energy each time and was very helpful & knowledgeable with helping me select several products. Gracie helped me save money and taught me countless things in just one visit alone. She gave me such a pleasant experience.

This establishment is neat, organized, and very welcoming. I have connected with some very good people at this place.

On my third visit, I was having a rough day and I came into the store with very dark sad energy around me. I created a misunderstanding because of my poor and negative perspective that day. This business and the two associates did not deserve the review I left on yesterday. It could have simply been straightened out with me communicating with the associates, woman to woman. However, I chose to make poor assumptions and poor decisions due a very negative spirit I had over me that day. I sincerely and humbly apologize to everyone and have deleted the inaccurate review. I recently began practicing witchcraft again & unfortunately in the area I live in (millington) there aren’t many options of stores to shop at & I’m not one to order things offline when it comes to my practice. I need to feel the positive energy when I’m shopping, in person. & when I tell you I felt it the moment I walked in the door of The Mystic Eye, I’m being 100% honest. They had soooo much!! Candles, herbs, books, altar items, incense. You name it, they had it. They even have active altars inside of the store where they will do the “spells” for you if you don’t want to do it yourself. They also have beautiful decor. The prices were the best part. These days, not many people have a lot of money to spend on things that aren’t necessities. But this place was perfect for my budget. I will absolutely be going back again & again.

The ONLY thing I didn’t like was the location. It was difficult getting into the parking lot but I was able to park at the McDonald’s in the next building over and walk a very short distance to get here. But that’s not something that would make me lower my rating review. I absolutely recommend this store for any of your witchy needs (or if you just like beautiful gems, candles, incense, herbs or...
