One sunny Sunday afternoon in January I walked into 3 Kittens Needle Arts hoping to learn how to get started in needlepoint and found myself sitting at a table with one of the shop's owners as she asked me questions and shared information. In 30 minutes I had signed up for a beginner class and met some wonderful ladies. That first day in the shop I was a novice and was welcomed with the same kindness and helpfulness that I continue to experience every time I visit. Had a great first visit, service was great. Came back to do a return, and they would not accept it because they re-wound the yarn. It was my first time in the store, as a new knitter. The person who offered to rewind the yarn did not mention that it rendered the product non-returnable. So, now I'm stuck with very expensive yarn that I have no use for.

Elizabeth is a WONDERFUL teacher for all levels of knitting. Her beginning knitting class was the 3rd knitting class I had taken (first two were with different shops) and it was Elizabeth's patient, accepting attitude and easy to learn from teaching skills that made all of the difference.
