One sunny Sunday afternoon in January I walked into 3 Kittens Needle Arts hoping to learn how to get started in needlepoint and found myself sitting at a table with one of the shop's owners as she asked me questions and shared information. In 30 minutes I had signed up for a beginner class and met some wonderful ladies. Read moreHad a great first visit, service was great. Came back to do a return, and they would not accept it because they re-wound the yarn. It was my first time in the store, as a new knitter. The person who offered to rewind the yarn did not mention that it rendered the product non-returnable. So, now I'm stuck with very expensive yarn that I have no use for.
