I love this Caribou, I really do. The location is perfect and it’s easy to get in and out super early in the morning. The issue that I have is that my Caramel High-rise with extra caramel and extra whip/drizzle is NEVER correct. I pay for it and pay extra for my add-ins in the app, yet when I get there to pick up my drink, it’s always wrong. Barely any caramel and no extra drizzle. It’s just milky coffee. I don’t know if the baristas aren’t paying attention to the tickets and just make a barely there caramel drink, or if they don’t read the tickets correctly. It’s so frustrating. Previous experience at a Bloomimgton Caribou has shown me that the way the app data translates into the system for the ticket, may cause an issue. What is the point of having the option to order through the app if it’s just going to be wrong when it’s completed? Please get it fixed. This is a ridiculous problem to have. Especially after PAYING EXTRA for the add-ins, and not getting it. I’ve given away so much money...
Read moreCaribou Coffee, at least if you're from the North Star State, has been written about extensively, so there's no need to regale you with tales of their superb coffee delights. One exception- if you like a cafe mocha, I highly recommend the "full rack" version; black, white, and milk chocolate chips steamed/melted to perfection. Now, what I particularly enjoy about this location is the outdoor patio area, the wonderful staff, that there's always local print reading material on hand, and finally its strategic location. The workers knew what would be good for my son! My son tried the coffee less cookies and cream cooler! He took one sip and said, “mom! This is so good!
