This year we had the hardest time with screenprinting for our event, getting week long response delays (or no responses at all), and vague responses on timelines due to being understaffed. Luckily Trophy World reached out asking if they could bid on the job, and WOW did these guys impress!

Where do I begin- communication was clear and timely throughout the entire process. The shirts came individually folded (typically 10-15 are folded as together that need to be separated and folded individually by us), and every box was labeled by color and size. When you’re ordering 1000+ units of over a dozen different shirts, this is a huge help! Their customer service was a 10 out of 10- here are 3 icing on the cake moments:

1- They made an engraved cup for me just to say thank you for our business 2- We made a mistake and were missing one shirt for our wknd event. They went in, got it printed on an hour’s notice, and hand delivered it to me at The Captains Stadium. 3- They came to The our event just to support.

These guys also made our Sponsor plaques, and they offer screenprinting, engraving, trophies, and plaques. They’re young guys and they clearly...

We could all learn a little something about business from Ben, Charley, and the rest of the team. They take great interest in you as a person and I appreciate them every time I come to the store. It’s such a family feeling atmosphere. They will be my “go to” for every item I may need for my business. BTW, Don’t let the name fool you, they do much more than trophys and they are darn good at it too!! I just got my team hoodies and Trophy World made me look like a hero. The quality, speed, value, and communication they provide is second to none. They are leaps and bounds over any competition and The Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square will devote 100% of our business to them as long as I am with the organization....
