Electronic Surplus — Local services in Mentor

Ordered a special part they had and already billed for it on my bank account which already shows. I have tried to reach out 3 times to ELECTRONIC SURPLUS & PAYPAL which they use for payment AND NOBODY THERE ANSWERS ANY MESSAGES BY THEIR OWN EMAIL OR BY DIRECT EMAIL. Since my bank shows that I have already PAID for the item thru Paypal, I should at the very least get info... when it was shipped, if shipped, how it was shipped, tracking number... BUT no one there cares enough to answer emails and messages. So I am having my bank reject payment as fraud. I do not care for ANY internet business that hides or shy's away from their responsibilities to the customer! ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE ALREADY BILLED ME FOR THE ITEM! MY NEXT STEP... REPORT THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, THE CONSUMER PRODUCTS PROTECTION AGENCY, THE LOCAL OHIO BBB, AND OUR NC ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE ABOUT THESE TYPE ISSUES FROM THIS WAREHOUSE BUSINESS STORE FRONT HIDE & SEEK COMPANY THAT SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE POSTED......

I ordered a laminated solenoid from Electronic Surplus. I specified multiple times in capital letters that I needed a left handed solenoid as the website stated the customer should specify which type they need. Right handed solenoids arrived. I reached out to customer service and they emailed back and shipped out another order. Unfortunately the new order made the same mistake of the previous order. I've tried calling, voicemails and emailing for almost a week now with no response. Lack of attention to detail and causing us major delays on a construction job.

UPDATE: The fact that this review was finally responded to 8 months later tells you everything you need to know. Almost impossible to get a hold of someone. They did finally get me the correct part after almost 2 months of delays, slow responses, and 3 shipments of the wrong part. That is why I gave a two star instead...

Great collection of odd and even some very old electronics. Just flew in today and will be leaving Friday and was wanting to stop by but they are only open on Saturdays unfortunately. Other than that it's a cool place for anyone that's into electronics/electrical stuff. They have a little bit of mechanical actuators as well which was what I was wanting to look at. Hopefully I'll be back in a few months and be here...
