
I recently joined Crossfit Woolly Mammoth. The gym is spotless, very well organized and everything has its place. Mitchel is truly the best coach and really cares about each member! I have a physical challenge (only have 1 ½ arms) and he is very willing to work with me. He is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, easy to talk to, great to work with and able to adjust any movements as needed for me. Iāve not taken a CrossFit class in over 18 months and he was very encouraging when I thought I couldnāt do a movement (box jump) or I was getting tired. The members have also been very welcoming and supportive. Iām looking forward to working with Mitchel on my fitness journey and seeing what I will accomplish with his guidance.
