GameStop is really hurting my feelings with me trying to support them, I try to always buy stuff from them to help them stay going, the stock here is good but half the staff are terrible… I went inside to get a whole new switch led set up for my wife & was shopping around but we noticed the lady kept looking at me & following us & asked if we found anything yet being Native American I feel like I was being racially profiled & kept treating me badly only was nice to my wife who is white, she didn’t change her tone until I told her what all i wanted & noticed I have money then tried to upsell on me was a terrible experience… I went back a week or so later to get a gift for a friend & the new lady there was super sweet & nice I would give her 5/5 stars but the store alone for what happens...

Do not place Pick Up orders at Lansing area locations. My pre order was not ready on release day. They sold my product and cancelled one order without even sending me the cancellation email so I drove all the way there just to be told he sold it to another customer. The order was placed hours before the store was set to open. They cancelled two more orders a few days ago because they “couldn’t find the stock”. They decide not to price match when convenient for them. There are a few employees who are friendly but the customer service is absolutely bottom of the barrel. Shop online there are far...
