Normally, I have a 'decent' experience. Almost a week ago (3-12-2015), I came from Holt, MI (20 mins away) and ordered two pizzas and eight breadsticks (normal order) a little more than an hour before closing. This plenty of time, as they are cooked in less than 30 minutes. One employee (that took my order) was wearing earbuds and his hat sideways and never welcomed me. The second employee (upon telling her that I wanted eight breadsticks) looked down under the heat lamp and said "we only have 6 made". These have been sitting there for a while. I told her that I'd wait for more to be made. Both employees acted 'put-out' to take care of me. I payed for two pizzas and eight breadsticks (still have the receipt) and walked away rather than wait there for 20 minutes or so. I came back to get my order and the first employee sliced both pizzas (never asked how many slices) and gave me breadsticks and all he said was "there ya go" and walked away. I then asked him for pizza sauce for the breadsticks. He gave me two little containers and again just said "there ya go". No thank you, have a nice evening, nothing. Upon getting home, I realized I had only 6 breadsticks..,two less than I payed for. Never going back...

Sbarro when run well has the best NY slice I have found in Michigan. Last two times I came, the food was undercooked and not edible. Skipped my weekly trip up here for a few months hoping things would improve, but decided to give them another shot.
It's 3pm on a Saturday. No pizza available, ok fine. They tell us 10-15 minutes. We go walk around mall, come back after 15.
There is now pizza! Female employee tells us "I can't sell that to you, we were slammed. Come back in 10 minutes. We walk around the mall some more, 15 minutes later they tell us "it's going to be 10 more minutes!"
I don't care that you got slammed, I don't even care about your terrible ability to estimate when you'll serve me the food you finally prepared, it was the attitude.

Tried calling the location multiple times, no one would answer the phone and âvoicemail box was fullâ we drove there, got there at 6:50 and no one was there, we had to yell. Two people came out and refused to help, even though it was before 7:00 saying âweâre closedâ. Refused to turn on tablets to look at the order, and were very rude and argumentative. Iâve never before been treated this way by ANY service members. As an autistic person with anxiety, this was a horrific experience. The two employees there were incredibly aggressive right off the bat. They said we had to call corporate, and when we asked for the corporate number they refused to give it to us. Called another Sbarro who gave us the number and I called and left Corporate a voicemail. Donât know if weâll get our money back for the pizza we never got. Run, donât walk away...
