Bought my daughter a Jean jacket, she absolutely loved it. Walked in the next day to return it, for a smaller size, two very rude employees stopped me and told me it’s the business law that I can’t shop at their store or even enter without a mask. I explained to them I can’t medically wear a mask and have a letter from my doctor. I can make sure to stay 6ft or more from everyone, but with the most rudest tone one scolded me and said it wasn’t her problem. For one there is no such thing as a business law to require masks. Two, Your corporate should really put money into training their employees with moral ethics. Third, the governor mandated the use of masks for those medically capable, so that people like me won’t have to deal with people like you discriminating against us. Fourth and final, those of us that have medical conditions that prevent us from wearing masks, we deal with enough ridicule from others that see us without masks and make assumptions, we shouldn’t be discriminated against by your company or your employees as well. We didn’t ask to have health issues. But, what you should know is the reason you are required to wear those masks is to protect people like me that can’t wear them. They do nothing for those that wear them. The situation could have been handled in a more ethical manner. I will never step foot in that store and wouldn’t recommend anyone else too. The employees are ridiculously judge mental to their customers and blames it...

The customer service reps here work hard to make sure you feel amazing in what you buy. I was struggling because I usually don't wear the type of stuff they sell and Ray made sure to walk me through several options in order to visualize my look. She informed me of the sales and discounts I was eligible for and I never felt pressure to buy anything. Both she and her coworkers were very inviting and amazing helps. I purchased an amazing outfit that I feel confident and beautiful in. The store is clean and well taken care of. The fitting rooms are roomy and they even give u your own fan control so that your are supremely comfortable trying on things in there.
