Had a complimentary ring cleaning done and after was offered to have my wedding and mother’s ring dipped as the gold was becoming worn. Gave the associate my rings on a Sunday and was told would be ready that Thursday. Was near the store on Thursday and stopped in to see if by chance the ring was ready. The associate told me the repair man said it would be about an hour (repairs done at the store). Returned to the store after an hour, an associate “spoke” to the man doing jewelry repairs and I told it would be 5 more minutes and I would receive a call when my rings were ready. After 45 minutes and no call I returned to the store. The repair man was gone. 3 different associates checked the storage where repaired rings were kept, all looked through those drawers 3 or 4 times and could not locate my rings. Mind you...I was told my rings would be ready in 1 hour, then in 5 minutes (that’s assuming my rings indeed were in the store and assuming the associates actually checked). The manager was eventually involved and called the jewelry repair person who apparently took my rings out of the store for repair as one of the stones was loose. I’m unclear why ANY piece of jewelry would need to be taken off the premises if there is a repair office on site. Fast forward 4 days later, it is now 3:30 in the afternoon and no call, as promised, the rings would be returned to the Okemos branch and ready for me to pick up. I recommend NEVER doing business with this company. In fact, WHEN I get my rings back I will be going to a reputable jeweler to be sure my real diamonds and jewels are intact and not...

I purchased a ring months ago for my wedding. I was told around 4 weeks to receive it. Not only did the ring show up late, it showed up only 1 week before my wedding and it was 2 sizes to small. I used it at the wedding just for the photos and the presentation at the ceremony, then I gave them the chance to make things right. When I took the ring into them and they found out what happened, they admitted it was the company's wrong doing as they did not read the notes for the correct size and they made it sound like it was being handled right away and I would only have to wait another 2 weeks. They told me numerous times they would be reaching out to me with updates on the situation and I had to reach out to them every time, they did not call or email me once. It has been over 3 weeks by this point and I am now being told my ring will take another 4-5 weeks. I requested a refund as my wedding was over a month ago and I am not going to wait another 5 weeks for a ring I was supposed to have on my wedding day. I wish I never would have let them convince me they are better than Kays. My Wife's ring is from Kays and their service has been more than amazing and they are even expediting a ring in for me because of the hassle this company...

I’ve been scoping engagement rings for the past few months, And decided to choose Rogers and Hollands. After looking online and also in store, I decided to call the store to make it easy on myself. Although all the associates were kind and courteous, it was one young lady that stood out and she kind of looked like she had some style so once I called the store, I let her know what I was looking for, and then I would be in in a few days. I literally came into the store and let her know I was the one that called. She came out with a list of rings, a bunch of cards with the information for each ring And began to display them on the counter for me She stayed in my budget. She picked some things that were exactly what I was looking for and also had some other options to show that fit the budget. All in all The experience was as if I went into a custom jewelry store and had my own personal stylist and we came up with a beautiful ring. I appreciate the time spent by all the associates and the young lady whose name is Leasia or Le Le.
