Allsup's Convenience Store — Local services in Meridian

Every time I go into this store in Meridian, Texas, the staff are extremely rude and seams that it is a bother for the employees to wait on you. I went in today, filled up with gas, went on my app and selected my free item with my "smiles" that I earned. The cashier told me $6. And some odd change. I told her the snapple (witch was the free item I choose) I was redeeming from my points and she said well it is still $6.and some odd change. I stepped back and told them to have a good day. She did not even try to find out what the issue was and why it didnt register my free snapple. Rude just rude customer service!!! I have always had issues with rudeness from employees from that store and I boycott for awhile, then go back. But this time I am not going to allow your employees to treat me...

My husband and I stopped here to get beer and ice. I went in with him. He went in the beer cooler and got the beer while I looked around. When he got to the counter to pay I walked up and stood beside him. The employee asked for his ID and he showed her. Then she asked for mine too. I told her I didn’t have one with me. She would not sell him the beer because I didn’t have my I.D..We asked why did she need to see mine because I was not buying the beer he was and the employee said because I was with him and it was the store’s policy to card everyone in the group. FYI he is 49 and I am 50 years old. So what happens if parents come in with their underage children? Do they not sell to them because they have kids with them? Employee states this comes from...

My review is mostly for the Deli. The staff has always been great to me, but the store itself...I don't care much for. The prices in the store, for everything, are higher than all the other stores in town. The deli though, not only is it more expensive, but has failed me every time I've tried it. For instance, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger today. It had the smell and texture of canned dog food(might have been), was served on white bread, not even the good kind, and the taste was....it was bad. I think the meat might have been spoiled. I've never had beef that tasted that way, it might have actually been dog food..cheap dog food.

This place is good for fuel and air in your tires, otherwise keep driving to Tommy's or run into the...
