Need to update website. Everytime I place a pick up or delivery order something that I ordered that plainly states they have in stock will be cancelled. I just called about a delivery order I placed where 2 of my 3 items was cancelled. I asked could they replace the item with something else similar even if it was cheaper I would be okay with that. NO they say. So I have to go place another order. And charged for a whole delivery charge AGAIN. Just because you guys can't keep your website updated. How fair is that to your customers. Remind you they will hold that money for them items for almost a week. This is the only place that I order from that does this. Cancel your items, charge you another fee bc of problems on Tractor Supply end and hold your money forever. I'm so sick of dealing with this company and the inconvenience they cause. You guys need to come up with better ways of handling items that you guys advertise as having in stock but really don't. I should not be punished for your FALSE ADVERTISEMENT or FALSE IN STOCK ITEMS. This gets real aggravating and so unfair. Not only extra charges that I would not have to pay but money tied up on items that I will not get. You shouldn't even hold my money at all. Money should not be taken until merchandise is given, delivered or what ever the case might be. Any other company will refund money instantly if for some reason order is cancelled. Most companies will try to accommodate the order so A. They are not losing money and B. The customer still gets what product they are needing. Even if it's not the brand a substitution is better than NOTHING. My baby chicks say THANK YOU TRACTOR SUPPLY. You could not simply just add a different brand of food to my mom's order, instead give nothing. So instead of us going hungry my mom will shop at the Co-op and from now on some other company can provide all my needs for my animals. This takes up to much time and waisted money when it's Tractor Supply lack of organization. I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears bc I have complained about this before. But, hopefully it will stop someone from purchasing a online order if they r really needing the product and for God's sake if you only have limited funds to spend onthat item DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. If it's cancelled they will hold that Money for 4-5s. So that limited funds you have will be held and guess what u get told basically your S.O.L they could careless. Replace your order oh let me throw in I had to place a order 3xs in one day to get dog food and 60$ was held for 5 days. Iām 37 weeks pregnant so giving my dog a bath at home is difficult due to the bending. I called and Courtney confirmed that this location had a pet wash. When I arrived, she got me rung up and then squared aware with towels and everything Iād need. When I was finished, it looked like a German shepherd blew up on the pet wash station. My dogs hair was everywhere in the tub, walls, floor. I did the best I could with clean up short of spraying the walls and floors down with the hose. The towels were adequate (would be nice to have some no slip pads on the floor outside the tub so I didnāt have to waste a towel so my dog could jump down), the shampoo options were adequate, the force dryer was in excellent working condition, and there were combs, slicker brushes, and even toenail nippers available. I apologized profusely for the mess, and Courtney was very reassuring that it was okay. I ended up picking up my own slicker brush and a toy for my pup while I was there, and Courtney kindly offered him a treat. Now it seems like no one but the young lady at the register can help you and the manager when you can find him because he seems to be busy doing his job and others to. Seem to be out of the goat and chicken feed that I use a lot. We asked for some help one day from an employee, he said he would be right back. 20 - 30 minutes later and after talking to the busy and seemingly abandoned young lady at the register , we found out that he had left for the day .
