Bua Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Meridian

Our family recently moved to Alabama and drive in occasionally to shop. We found this place and all I have to say is Wow. We were impressed with how good the restaurant smelled, loved the traditional decor and of course we were greeted by the most sweet, amazing hostess. From the mouthwatering appetizers to the entrees, we loved everything we ordered. The food is made with fresh ingredients and every bite was flavorful! We have a son who is a picky eater and he was so happy with his meal he actually asked to return the next day ( which we did l). The host was gracious and offered us a tea and edamame on the house. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for the best food in Mississippi. We will gladly drive the hour and a half to get food from here again...

I recently ordered a large to go order of several different dishes from Bua Thai Kitchen and everything was excellent. Not only was it authentic Thai cuisine ( which is why I tried this restaurant to begin with) but the quality and the portions were outstanding. It was beautifully put together which is rare to see In a to go container. The heat index for the meals was spot on and now I can easily rely on that on my next visit. Hoping to try a 4 next time. Everyone in the restaurant is very polite and outgoing from the moment you walk in. I got the Tom Yum noodle soup with beef and it was as good as any Tom Yum I’ve ever had and the noodles really worked perfectly as well. I got the highest spice level (5) and it was appropriately hot without being out of control. Be warned they will not let you send food back if it is too hot at five.

The place has an upscale vibe, but still reasonable pricing. The cutlery and bowls were very pretty and the whole presentation before you even start eating is a feast for the eyes.
