I am leaving a review on behalf of me and another customer who i met at CVS pharmacy immediately after Walgreens failed to service me. I called in to have my prescription transferred from Walmart the evening before because my insurance had changed. They said my prescription would be ready that night and that they would call me. I received no call back. no problem. I call the next morning to check the status and they had no idea of this. no problem. i reexplained and gave them my information again. i back called around 4pm to see if it had been transferred. The lady on the phone is telling me that “She had been there all day and that they haven’t heard of me” insinuating that i hadn’t called. She asked who i spoke with. I said a guy. They said “oh well we haven’t been able to get Walmart on the phone.” and take down my information again. I call Walmart and they say that they never received a call from Walgreens. Walmart calls me back to confirm they sent it. Anyways, I come in later that night to pick it up. They’re like it hasn’t been filled yet and to come back in 30 minutes. okay. I come back in 30 minutes. They get my info then they’re like “ We don’t have it and We won’t have a truck until Monday.” GREAT. They could’ve said that to begin with. I’m like can y’all transfer it across the street to CVS. They’re like CVS pharmacy is closed. I look it up for myself. CVS is open???? I proceed to ask her to transfer it there and she’s like idk if they’re going to do it this. late. i’m like okay, i would still like to try. I go to over CVS and i explain what’s happened with Walgreens. The pharmacy tech is like they’ve been hearing this all day and everyday with Walgreens. The young lady behind me then is like “really, you’re here too??? i just came from Walgreens. They’re horrible.” The CVS pharmacy tech is like idk if CVS is going to respond because they rarely answer the phone. The young lady and I both agreed that Walgreens is nowhere near busy!!! granted sometimes they are, yes. In this instance they weren’t so i don’t know what’s happening over there or why they act like that? Honestly, just go to CVS or Walmart. The pharmacy tech went over and beyond to...

Read moreour prescription here. It’s a classic, we always go here. I’ve even had my asthma medicine here given to me. As I walk in I tell them my information, maybe about three times. At the same time im waiting maybe, ten minutes? About five people are attended. It turns to actually over ten almost. Somehow the only Hispanic in the building yet others unlike me got treated as if royalty. Coincidence? I think not at all. I’m starving, I almost passed out from waiting. I have to wait for my mother’s medicine. To also mentioned, I was asked about insurance. I don’t know my mom’s insurance… nope! Don’t have any, sir. “… no insurance? How are you gonna pay today? Cash?…” as if the question was ridiculous and as if im a lower being. “Yeah?..” I ask confused as to why this was a question and a concern. He continues to say he will put a discount on the price. Buddy, my parents own two businesses and I have three hundred on me. With the prices of these medicines it’s fine… I decided on one hour and thirty minutes I call my dad, tell him another day. As I get up the actual man serving me yells: “[lastname]?! Where are you going?! It’s almost finished!” I go back. It was only till my father came in that they started attending me. It’s been ten minutes since this incident and I haven’t eaten yet. Literally just lock in and do prescriptions, stop joking around. Lock in...
