The food was great but the service was absolutely awful!!! If you have an issue, it will not be resolved. The menus are fully Spanish, and their was a misunderstanding with my order, the server rang me up for tacos I did not ask for, me not being able to speak Spanish, pointed to what I wanted, and she misunderstood. No problem, they brought me the food, she was busy, cool. Get my bill and she rang me up for 10$ worth of tacos I didn't ask for. When I bring it up to her, instead of resolving my issue as any normal restaurant would, they insisted on arguing with me about what I ordered. Mind you I spent $65 and still paid for the good I didn't want, but the lady caught an attitude so I requested a manager, whom was very kind to try and resolve the issue, but during my explanation to the manager of the situation, the cashier/server walks into my face "No lady you ordered this ect. Snatching the phone from my hand, by then I'm furiously wanting to put my hands on this woman at the disrespect towards me... I then insisted on the managers number and informed her I was DONE dealing with her, and called the manager whom apologized and said "Next time ask for her and she will discount my food" which will be (to go) because I refuse to go spend my hard earned money go get terrible service from someone whom messed up and couldn't resolve the issue. My wife and I ordered birria tacos to go via phone and when we arrived our food was waiting and still warm as though they timed our arrival perfectly. The location was well lit and we could smell the authentic aroma of sumptuous food before we opened the door. The restaurant was very clean and neat. The setup as far as tables, the different displays, music, and the bar was really cool. The overall atmosphere was impeccable. The other day I went to eat out with my husband and we ordered two soups, but the owner refuse to serve me the soup, the owner said my husband could order the soup, but they wouldn't serve it to me, because of the last time I was in here with my husband he order another soup and he said it tasted old so I let the owner know what was going on with his the soup they had serve him, and now they don't want to serve me a soup when my husband is the one order the soup.
