Woodstock Furniture Design — Local services in Meridian

All consumers be aware of Woodstock Furniture in Meridian, MS. They are disloyal to their customers. We bought a SHERRILL sofa from this establishment the end of July 2017. We have two homes and split time between them so this sofa of five months, only being used part time by two older adults, is already showing pillage. I called the owner SCOTT and explained the situation. Scott told me “it was a $3000 dollar sofa we got on sale for $1900 so just go to Walmart and buy a shaver to shave the pillage off. “ After exchanging words he agreed to call the Sherrill rep and get back with me. Scott got back with me and said “Sherrill rep couldn’t do anything about it so just shave the pillage.” I was not satisfied with this answer. Scott told me to send him pictures, which I did, and he would forward them to SHERRILL. Scott even called back and stated for me to send pictures of the SHERRILL tag stating date sofa was manufactured. I did this three weeks ago and have not heard back from SCOTT AT WOODSTOCK FURNITURE IN MERIDIAN MS. I was warned not to buy from Woodstock Furniture should have listened.
