Compared to other trampoline parks, this one is very small. We have been to trampoline parks instate and out of state and I have never had an issue with checking in and jumping. I understand you have to sign a waiver, no problem. Usually, the park provides seating within the trampoline area for parents to watch and supervise their child, here you have to buy a pair of socks and go upstairs with them. I’m ok with that, but today 9/15 I was told by an employee that the policy had changed and I would have to pay to jump since my child is 3 years old and requires supervision. When I questioned the manager to make sure, he states I don’t think that policy has started. Ok! I go to the register to pay and state we would need socks, she tells me that they only offer a certain pair for me (the watcher) which were very small. Her reply was, “You will just have to make them fit.” Continuing to look at her like she is crazy, I said, “I should have brought my other socks.” Her reply was, your not allowed to bring in other socks. I wasn’t, that had not even crossed my mind, this was our third visit, I had a pair of orange socks that I purchased from them. I just said forget it and just walked off. I will go back at least until the other one opens in the mall because I have a 3 year old that loves to jump and I live here in Meridian. The bowling was great and the process to check in and get a lane was smooth. Go check it out...
Read moreMy husband and I have our granddaughters ages 8 and 10 visiting us from out of state . We took the girls to the arcade and bowing to the first week they were here with no problem . They had a great time . We decided to take them again today . It was a totally different experience . The person who was "taking care " of us acted and looked like she was on drugs of some kind . We asked for the bumper guard lane like we had before . She said she could not accommodate us because one of children was 10 even though she is tiny .we tried to explain we were here last week and we were able to get the bumper lane . She said in a loud voice " was that a black girl that helped you ? " Me not understanding what difference the color of her skin is I replied "yes ". She said again in a loud voice , she is just an employee and I am the manager !!!! My husband then spoke up and said he didn't understand why we couldn't have the same as we got last week . She really raised her voice at this point . My husband raised his . Our granddaughters started crying. I said let's just go somewhere else . She said I am the manager and if you don't like it there's the door .she accused my husband of cussing at her . My husband does not cuss it has never been part of his vocabulary . I asked for her name as I was leaving she yelled across the room my...
Read moreMeh, rules change constantly apparently. Last time we came, about a month ago... any jump socks were acceptable. However this time? Had to buy jump socks because the ones we had were from hype. Literally the same thing with a different name on them. Scamming for that extra 2.99 per pair I guess... hey I'll pay it that's fine, use the money to fix the arcade games. They really looked at me like I was being ridiculous for asking why we had to have their brand of jump socks. Pretty dead for a Friday night during summer so I'm not surprised they started insisting on their brand socks. Otherwise, place is fine for meridian. I mean, it's meridian so any place of entertainment is welcome. I've always enjoyed coming here, we spend a good bit on arcade games, of which the prizes are rather cheap even for an arcade. I mean you expect the majority of items to be dollar tree variety but some of their stuff looks like it came straight from temu in bulk. No plushes either. But what else is there to do? It's difficult for businesses to thrive in this town and that sucks but I understand the gauging with the socks, gotta make every penny possible. I'm sure we will be back lol, I mean where else is there to go? You really don't have to be great when your the only game in town so it...
