Have ordered from this company thru Jill many times in the past 4 years but in the past month I have tried 3 e-mails and 4 phone calls on my most recent order but I have very little confidence that I'll ever see my products. There has been a change in owners or at least one owner has left and now it seems to be very disorganized. We have ordered several hundred dollars worth of products in the past 4 years and the current staff could find zero record of our account. We are not a store, just private folks wanting to buy more products. We tried to buy from the web site but it was so messed up (I have a user name and password too) there was no way to order the simple shea butter we wanted. The web site takes you in circles.
