DO NOT GO 1 DAY PAST 14 DAY RETURN POLICY!!! After 51,123 reviews, this update should have come much sooner. I had forgotten about giving this place a 4 star review... "Surrounded by chaos in the heart of Merriam. But not too much traffic in parking areas or super busy inside stores." That evening I spent around $420, and considered buying a laptop but decided to wait. Blake ,who was very knowledgeable and helpful, was the guy I spoke with that night. On my next visit, I spent around $1,100 and purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad (roughly $500) because the Manager on Duty TOLD ME it was a TOUCHSCREEN laptop and it had every other feature I needed. That MANAGER asked if I wanted the protection plan and of course I said yes please. They were also getting ready to close so I felt rushed, which was ridiculous of me to let happen! Not only is It NOT a TOUCHSCREEN, he ASSUMED I wanted the protection plans on ALL ITEMS possible ($3 for $20 mouse?). When I return to this store next, on Day 15, the manager on duty at that time, CONRAD would not let me return the laptop because it was ONE DAY LATE. The only thing I could do was have CONRAD refund all of the protection plans that I did not agree to buy. Because of all this, and being stuck with a laptop I am not happy with, I thought about returning all of the other purchases for refunds, but ended up keeping, Vowing Never to Shop at OFFICE...

Like he is a fantastic place to go and purchase great priced furniture in a safe and friendly environment. All the employees are always very helpful including clerks and help desk employees. The facilities are always extremely clean especially including the restrooms because they always seem like they're prepped in primed for every single customer. The products they offer are extremely wide and varied, and therefore you can find nearly anything you could want. Their clearance section is large and they always add stuff to it which is nice. Sometimes they have long spans of out of stock things, but I know they can't control that. I wish their delivery fees were lower or more easy to figure out, but upon asking employee they're usually more than happy to help you. Figure out, but upon asking employee they're usually more than happy...

Great location for doing business. Easy access from I-35 and Johnson Dr. I go to Home Depot a lot. I like the other stores as well. I often shop at Marshalls, and enjoy looking at their quality clothing items and the great price they offer. I go to the movie theater often and really like the daily matinee ticket prices. Office Depot is located in the center, for your office, business and home nerds. I also like to go to the Chinese buffet. Chili's restaurant is also located in the center, and enjoy a sit down meal. Overall just a great location for many choices to do business with. Quick Trip, McDonald's, Subway, Hobby Lobby, and many others, are across the street. Great location for so many...
