Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Merriam

I did not want to post my experience today, although I called and no one answers nor voice-mail. So I ordered 3 footlong cheese conies and strawberry shakes. When we ate our cheese conies the flavor seemed odd. Not good, but we continued to eat reluctantly and within 20 minutes or less we were sick to our stomachs pretty quickly. So I'm not sure if it was a seasoning that was off or old. So I would like a replacement for the 3 footlong conies please. And I will not have anymore conies. Considering how fast and consistent it upset our stomachs.?‽ I had one and my 12 year old had the other 2 with, a shake first day back to school treat but not the stomach ache that quick. 🤔 Sonics has always been reliable for quality food. If I can receive a refund or replacement of something else I paid $26 and change. Thank you. So I unfortunately must make consumers aware that I still have not been contacted for a replacement of Conies that made me and my son sick almost immediately. For the sake of good moral business- you should be good to your word...as I mentioned before a small restaurant locally had a similar issue and I addressed the problem immediately and eagerly they offered my food choice and no charge of course and they will keep my business. Sonic is my favorite drive-in, and this is why: a varied menu, including over 200 combinations of beverages, served quickly to you, as you sit in the comfort of your vehicle.

Sonic is my definite go-to in the summer, as their cold drinks are so cold, they beat the heat!

But I also never miss the chance to stop by in the winter, as their hot food and drinks are beyond compare against any other fast-food chain.

Do you pick a night to drive around, looking at Christmas lights? Pick up a flavored coffee and popcorn chicken to enjoy along the way. It'll improve the whole experience, I promise!

We frequent this location and it is unpredictable one time they will have amazing service and great food and the next it is horrible service and cold food and burnt tots and onion rings. So flip a coin but after last night we will always check our order before leaving. Not fun when you get all the way home to have a three cold burgers, Burnt large orders of tots and onion rings. Our shake and drinks were right on point though. We do love there amazing menu and you can even get breakfast any time of the day!!!! Always always check your food order for freshness, temperature, and the quality...
