We had an exceptional experience with A & E. My fiancé and I had an heirloom diamond that we wanted put into an engagement ring setting. We went on their 1 day a year huge sale and still received exceptional customer service. Because of the small size of my finger we had a little issue with getting the setting just right. They took the ring back with no hassle and had the ring completely reset. After resetting my ring, the wedding band we had chosen no longer fit correctly with the newly set engagement ring, they also took that back and let us exchange it for a band that was a much better fit, again with no questions or hassles.
