Never ever buy appliances from them. It is a nightmare to get your order.

They told me it was going to be delivered tomorrow, then changed there mind, said next week, called me said nevermind its coming tomorrow, then they called me a few hours later saying oops they actually don't have it and we lost the spot for next week because when they moved it back to tomorrow they gave up the slot for next week. So now I have to wait two more weeks.

I only ordered it 3 months ago They are the worst and customer service did nothing for me but say oops, it is what it is. They did tell me if I want to pick it up it'll have to be at their convenience between 10am and 2pm, cause ya know, I don't work or anything.

I took screenshots of everything , from them confirming my delivery, to them canceling it, to them reconfirmed the original request, to them canceling the original delivery and moving to moving that one again.

I will never spend another dime at here again. They have no idea what they are doing, it is embarrassing. So now I don't have a washer and dryer for 2 weeks because my current ones are now broken, thus why I bought new ones over 3 months ago.

Update: I went to Best Buy this AM in Nashua, ordered a Washer and Dryer and it's being delivered this Saturday. 3 Day wait for a Delivery, not a 3 month wait. Needless to say i Cancelled my Home...

Awful experience. Looked online for accordion doors but decided I wanted to view them in person. Called home Depot in Nashua on Coleseum ave. Spoke to rep in door dept. Said to come in or order online and I could see what was in store by what showed in store online. Decided to go to Merrimack HD as they had more in stock. When I got there stood by the custom door depy. Rep was too busy to help me. Had to interpret to ask where they were. Found them. Went back half hour later. Rep still with same person. Stood there for awhile .said excuse me just have a question. Couldn't help me. Asked someone else that I wanted this product in white and the one I had shown him was an off white. He said it was primer an I could paint it (mind you this is a vinyl accordion door!) Really.... he said I should ask the door specialist..did but he was too busy and told me to ask the guy in lumber who was at the saw.....wow... husband and self decided to go to Lowes to see if had the same product. They did. CHEAPER. saved $29. There was no rep at Lowes in the door dept so one of the Managers helped me! Spent time answering my questions. What a diff r rence! I always go to home depot...well not anymore...Lowe s will be my first choice from now on. Just my...

I was going to give 1 start but because the Pro Desk and Manager were so accommodating trying to fix what seems to be an internal process issue with delivery of material. Having a deck built at home and personally went into pro desk to ask that all material be delivered at once. Slider Door came right from Manufacturer, did not need until June 1st received 18th. All material but the twenty bags of concrete delivered on the 21st. When you are putting in Tubes for concrete which is usually the first step outside of digging the holes should not you have the concrete delivered first? Showing in stock at 3 locations, their system said, "Delivery for the 23rd” and now it is "Delivery for the 24th". Pro Desk said it will be delivered at 3:00 PM. Who gets to pay for the contractors to sit and wait for concrete? Exactly... All I heard was "we can't control the delivery it pulls from whatever store has the material". Home Depot Corporate best get their act together because here is a thought on inventory control verses the expense to drive material: coordinate from a central Home Depot location and deliver in one shipment per the customer's request.
