This was the food truck option at the Desert Botanical "Flashlight Night" tonight and it really soured our experience of the entire event. The wait was excruciating and I felt for the two staff they had. We spent almost an hour waiting to order and then waiting for our food. The food had no descriptions on the menu and I ordered my 7 year old the "Mac", which she spit out after one bite because it was full of jalapenos. I would have never ordered if the menu sign had called their Mac "spicy" or "cowboy Mac" or something that indicated this was not gonna be your run of the mill macaroni and cheese.

I had the brisket tacos and the meat was good, but the toppings really let the dish down.

I feel the blame also lies with the me Botanical gardens because this one vendor was clearly insufficient...

I ordered bbq catering for 40 people for my husband’s celebration of life memorial. I never heard of Dubb Ya BBQ and I just ordered to make it easy for myself dealing with my husband’s loss. I was blown away by the quality of the food. Mouthwatering and it just hit the spot. I’ve never been a fan of chicken thighs but they changed my mind and now I’m a hugh fan. I ordered the BBQ pulled pork and Bbq chicken. I also ordered Mac and cheese, green beans and potato salad.

I wanted down home comfort food and boy did they deliver. Warren was wonderful and kind. His bbq sauce is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Hands down I will recommend and definitely use Dubb Ya Bbq again....

I woulda gave 5 stars but.... Tho the rib tips, bbq sause, and potatoe salad are AMAZING (when I am able to get it from yall) This place doesn't seam to ever be available for pickup/delivery. I order online then get a "canceled/not available " message every week, regardlessof the day,for the last 2 months. I drive over every few days and nothing is available. Why have a corner store with a sign stating "BBQ", if it's never available. Also, make ur potato salad available in a family bucket size! Well, when yall are open for pickups/delivery. Yall would be on our "Friday meal"...
