We were on our way outta town and stopped at this Bosa Donuts to grab a bit to eat around 4:45am. We ordered our food and my boyfriend orders a #6. We get to the window and the women who is working gives us one sandwich and one coffee, when we clearly ordered 2 sandwiches, one #6 and other ordered as sandwich and medium coffee. We wait there to see if she brings the #6. She never comes back to the window after waiting for 5mins. We eventually just go back through the drive through and order the #6 again. We pay for it and receive a sandwich only, when we asked where the coffee was she said you didn't order a coffee. Well yes we did we ordered a #6. She replied, no a #6 is just a sandwich. We reply it clearly said #6 is coffee and a sandwich. She replied no you ordered a #6 and that is just a sandwich, you need to order a #6 combo to get coffee and sandwich. We were just like okay thats fine, can we just get a coffee then. She replies, yes you can buy a coffee but you didn't order a combo, next time order a combo. We acknowledged we need to order a combo next time we want coffee and sandwich. My boyfriend hands her the debit card and she replies again you need to order a combo next time you are here. We again acknowledged it. She goes to grab the coffee after the 3rd transaction and she hands it to my boyfriend and replies again order combo next time to get coffee and sandwich. We we're just irritated at this point because she told is 5x at least we need to order a combo next time and completely didn't realize we had ordered 3x and then she was treating us like we we're stupid. --- Moral of the story, say combo to get coffee and sandwich if you are ordering a #1-#6. Although we will not be back to...
Read moreWe went through the drivethrough and order some doughnuts for desert after dinner, when placing the order we asked for 7 including 2 Boston creams. After dinner we went to eat the doughnuts and the Boston creams were missing (the only reason reason we went ). We called the shop and let them know but wei the person that attended to the order said we only ordered 5 which was not accurate but either way we ended up with just 5 when we went back in with the box she started to take 1 doughnut out of the 5 they gave us to put in 2 Boston cream ones stating she was giving us a free one. Suddenly she back tracked and said no im charging you an extra 1.39 for the boston cream my husband said no if you are saying you only charged me for 5 take 2 out and give me the 2 we actually order.. Heres the disturbing part THEY PUT THE DOUGHNUTS BACK ON THE RACK TO RESALE THEM . Here's the thing we are in the middle of a pandemic these doughnuts were in our house any one of us could have covid for all we know and they are reselling it to another person !!!! Not only was it super unprofessional to offer something and then just suddenly change your mind they are reselling returned items we walked out and threw out the doughnuts because we can't trust that those that we were bringing home were not touched by others. This was extremely disappointing i love to support small businesses and review them so that the world knows of there amazing food but this what beyond disappointing and gross we will not be back and ibdont suggest for anyone to go...
Read moreThis used to be so good but am gonna stop going here for awhile, maybe they'll change something by next year when I ll try them again. I love all Bosa's in general they seem to do a good job of giving the customer the same product and service at each one but this particular location has gone down hill on customer service only. I don't know if it's the owner or manager but they have become rude during covid and it has been learned by the other employees. They act like it's a big hassle if you come into the store, they are extra freaked out about the covid-19 rules and jump all over you if your mask is not on perfectly right after you take a drink and if you try to say anything they start trying to argue with you right away probably because they do it a lot. Today I went in and they still don't allow socially distance seating so I nicely asked did they have any idea when we might be able to eat here again and she got all mad and said there's a pandemic! I don't know, I said there's a lot of us that have been vaccinated and the numbers are way lower now every expert has said it is ok to dine in as long as we wear masks and social distance. She didn't care she was too busy being on her phone ignoring the people behind me. Hopefully it's not the owners and they can get new management in this one to get it back to where...
