Initially this will seem like a one star review but please take the time to read in its entirety. This location (Town East Mall) is the only location we will deal with every time. My father in law is 79 years old, understands more Spanish than English, and is partially deaf. He tries so hard to do everything on his own and made the mistake of going to the Gus Thomason Boost mobile after we told him to wait for us so we could go to Theo at the Boost Mobile at Town East Mall. My father in law had a terrible experience at the Boost Gus Thomason store. He wears an apple watch and walked into the Boost Gus Thomason store with an old iPhone 6. He wanted a new iPhone and apparently did not know he had pointed to a Samsung Galaxy advertisement. He did not know he had made this mistake but the sales person did not stop to ask him questions and inform him that his apple watch would not work with the Samsung Galaxy. Fast forward one hour, he calls us and said, they did not give me an iPhone and now my watch does not work. We immediately called the Gus Thomason store where they refused to do anything about it and strangely enough they knew they had done my father in law wrong because they asked us if our call was concerning the phone they had sold him before we told them the details of what they had done to him. This is where the 5 stars come in to play. Theo and MJ are amazing!! I called the Boost Town East Mall location. MJ answered the phone and said let me help you. Come over and I will be ready. Theo, the manager was off work this day but was more than willing to walk his amazing employee, MJ, through the process of switching my father in law to the iPhone he wanted. They each talked over face time and Theo was professional and patient. They spent 2 hours with us, no complaints and all smiles. They treated us like family. We really appreciate this location. This is my second review of this location because they had previously helped my husband get his new iPhone 15. They switched his phone old phone information to the new phone while we went shopping. Read moreI went to purchase service from Theo Naoufal on March 19 thè same individual below who wrote the review for the company he currently works for pretending to be a client. For some reason my out of state id would not verify through there company so I was unable to get phone service. I paid Theo $162.93. Himself and his manager tried to refund me but for some odd reason the refund would not go through. I did explain to Theo I was getting an error message on my end while swiping the card. Theo told me I had to wait 5 days for the refund to process. On the receipt I was given it also states debt card refund failed. We are on day 8 still no refund. I reached out via text on March 25 letting Theo know I still have not received the refund. Theo read my message and did not respond. Today I receive a text message from Theo stating if I show proof I havenot received the refund he can initiate the refund. I filled a complaint on his company and I feel that is the only reason he reached out to me today. I went back to the mall thè very next day to show Theo what his receipt he printed off said and Theo could have also verified if I received the refund through his billing department. I’ve been back and forward to the mall quite a few times if he was truly trying to help. One he would have contacted his billing department to see if the refund was initiated, two he would have looked at the receipt he gave me too acknowledge my concerns. He mentioned to me he stayed late trying to get us thè phones. That’s your job if you want to make a sale. I’m not in dying need of a new phone and I can go anywhere to get a phone.I came one day to get the phones and his system was down he called his colleague and they stated it would take hours for it too come back up so he asked us to come back. Read moreI came back to give everyone here a HUGE thanks. My dad was trying to upgrade his Iphone 6 to an iphone 16 for a promotion. Another Boost mobile location in Mesquite messed up royally and sold him a Samsung Galaxy. We tried to return it but they refused, so Theo and M.J. at this location (the location at Town East Mall) were more than accomodating. They helped my elderly dad switch out the phones. They give a full return and they set him up with everything he needed. All of this took more than an hour and I cannot say enough good things about Mari Jose (MJ) and her manager Theo.
