Sbarro Town East — Restaurant in Mesquite

Food is great but not the service. You are standing in line trying to order and see the options they have (first timers), when the staff start to laugh at you and get irritated because you are looking. Like, I'm sorry but I'd like to see the options. Who knows try something new. Luckily one of the ladies was kind to repeat our order to the other employee. Then we get to the register, they are taking soft like they don't even want to assist you. Another gentlemen comes up to confirm the food but is speaking very soft. I'm not hard hearing and that has to say something. You are in a loud mall. Not a private library. You ask if they have kids cups and they rudly rolled their eyes said no. Like how am I suppose to know? If you don't like your job, don't work there. There are plenty of jobs out there, you are the person who chose to work there. But sorry for the owner that has to see this review. Food is great but it leaves a bad taste in your mouth especially if it's the first place you visit when arriving to the mall. This place needs to work on costumer’s service. The lady that so calls her self the manager. Is super rude. She acts like is the costumers fault she has to be at work. I order some pizza when it was ready she asked rudely is it for here or to go. I said to go very clearly and she proceeded to ask because if you are going to eat here and sit. I proceeded to say is to go. Then she got even more rude with her attitude. So I said you know you are pretty rude. And said it doesn’t matter to you were I am going to eat it at. And more rudely she said I ask because we have this plates. To what I said I asked for it to go. And I told my kids let’s go we will not be buying anything here. And when I asked to speak to a manager she said I am the manager. So I will be calling to speak with someone...

Terrible customer service. Nobody greets you, nobody thanks you, nobody smiles at you or shows any customer service skills.

They walk around with your food on their hands bumping into other staff members, even letting other staff members' hair touch your food (without even noticing this was happening). Girls here do not wear a hair net, and one if them had very long hair just tied in a pony tail.

The cashiers were not nice at all. We asked for Coke and she just said that they didn't have Coke. She stood there, blankly, instead of offering any other options. We were kind of confused but noticed the soda machines and realized that they had Pepsi products instead.

The only guy who kind of seemed nice was a tall guy, but he seemed inexperienced.
