Ok so NORMALLY in the past when my daughter & I go to town east mall her & her girlie's love to get I Boba. Well today, we were up there about 1230-1pm & (KEEP IN MIND TODAY WHEN WE WENT IT WAS MY DAUGHTER'S 9TH bday)so... we walk up to the counter and a girl who has helped us before was just standing there, staring at us. I looked at her and for about a good minute or so, and she was picking something at her face and I said, excuse me, are you open and she continued to stare. After that, I said excuse me, are you open? She said, yeah, i'm just picking this thing on my face. I said, what thing on your face and she traced a finger?Around a huge open sword of her lip. It looked straight up like it was a herpes sore or huge round open sore above her lip, and she continued picking at it, and I said, what is that? And she said I don't know. Finally, we proceeded to order, and I was so disgusted that somebody would be picking at either a herpes sore or a giant sore from a zit( which I highly doubt that's what it is.), and then try to touch and make anything anybody ordered that day, let alone my nine year old daughter. This is absolutely disgusting, completely unsanitary, and should be reported to the CDC, because if she gets herpe juice on somebody's drink and they drink it, they will now have herpes or whatever nasty sore, which definitely was herpes, that is so sick. And if that were to happen to my daughter yeah, the company will be shut down sued in court with an attorney. I am furious, and i'm looking to take this to corporate or h...
Read moreThe taro smoothie wasnt bad could have been better but the customer service experience was really saddening for me. They have a policy they decided not to uphold so they lied to me that the sticker machine was malfunctioning all day instead of being honest regarding the situation that the original cup was torn. Immediately after my order, customers were receiving drinks with stickers. I decided to ask my for my free drink like the policy stated in the picture i uploaded once again as i saw the sticker machine was working. After when they were asked to remedy the situation they continued to insult my intelligence and told me if it was that big a deal to call their supervisor and inform him. I asked for the number and they said its online and the supervisor asked not for it to not be given out. I understand that completely and didnt want the employees to get in trouble for this but it should be known they don’t uphold their policy of giving you a free drink if your sticker isnt on your cup. Honestly dont know why the stickers are that big a deal but they must be important if the managers there made sure theres a policy for reimbursing customers who dont get their sticker...
Read moreIf you're dying for boba, see if you can't muster the energy to go somewhere else.
The menu is standard fare and the atmosphere is fine for a food court, but I found everything else to be below average. A 16oz Coffee Milk Tea with boba costs $8.05 with tax; about 150% standard market price. The tapioca was slightly undercooked and the coffee used tasted like it was from an old batch. The younger barista clearly did not want to be there and was snacking on something at the register. The older gentleman was friendly and seemed to be picking-up after the younger one when he did not bother to place a lid on the operating blender.
To the owner, (possibly the older man) I can only wish the best for you and your business. If you want things to improve, you've got to put in...
