Nacho Crazy — Restaurant in Mesquite

Today this happened June 13, 2024 , that Mexican girl that is there today, has the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. She argued with me for 3 minutes about tomatoes 🍅. They didn't put tomatoes on my nachos and she's ARGUING with me that they did as if I was lying. About tomatoes!? Then she says... "I don't care about you staring at me, I saw him put there on there." The black girl politely said "would you like tomatoes?" I said "Yes please 🙏🏾, that's the whole reason I came up here." Then the security guard walks by and the Mexican girls yells "ugh, you betta get her" as she walks to the back where the cook is. The cook had to come and take her place up front and handed me a cup of tomatoes. The black girl (her 1st day of work today) was very nice. The cook was nice too. But THAT MEXICAN GIRL, her attitude is trash. This all happened about 30 minutes ago. I'm never eating...

So originally the guy at the front got a little agitated because I couldn’t decide what I wanted from the menu. Then he switched out with another girl. Who was much more patient and pleasant.

Anyways, they don’t offer the full menu items on the weekday. No nachos, which is misleading. lol I couldn’t even get simple chili cheese fries. So, I settled for a burger… burger was ok. A little salty.

My friend ended up ordering a Mac and cheese bowl. Which was not good to me at all. The Mac and cheese was dry, and topped with some type of Italian seasoning. All I could smell was oregano. It’s kinda hard to miss on those two easy meals. I think.

I like the concept of the restaurant but I wish they had more options during the weekday. As older people like me do not frequent malls during peak hours… Like, the weekend.

Might go and try other things on the menu if I’m ever around on...

Horrible place to eat. It's very overpriced. The price of the food would have been worth it if the food quality was good, but it's not. We got 2 kids meals, the popcorn chicken with the mac and cheese, and we also got the beef nachos. The beef was extremely salty, and the cheeseon the nachos was watery. My daughter's mac and cheese was disgusting, the cheese was hard and it had a very unusual taste to it, like if it was expired. The girl working at the cash register was very rude, mean mugged us since we started ordering and seemed to hate working there. They also took about an hour to give us the food.. We ate most of it because we weren't about to waste over 50 dollars, but we definitely ended up feeling sick right after. I DO NOT recommend this place. Save your money and eat...
