Culinary Community Kitchen — Local services in Mesquite

I attended a cooking class as a date night. Had so much fun and appreciated the ambiance and cleanliness. Just such a beautiful kitchen! Impressed just being in the parking lot as a client-community garden was so neat and gets you more in touch with your food before you even start, and at the very least is just pretty to look at. For the main event, the two chefs had a fun and funny disposition! The education was really neat since I had no idea how to make sushi and found out how easy it actually is! And thankfully print outs are given with the recipes so I could remember for later. And clean up….what cleanup? Guests were off the hook! The tour of the whole facility is also more exciting than you might think and was a neat learning experience. Whether you go for the classes, like me, or you need a professional kitchen for your business it has everything you could need! Did I mention clean??? I booked a private party cooking class for my birthday this year, and it is literally my favorite birthday to date! Chefs Mike, Brooke, and Richard were all absolutely stellar, from start to finish. They were engaging, kind, funny, knowledgeable, and very supportive in our group of mixed skill levels. The kitchen is brand new, clean, and stunning. The whole experience felt like cooking at home with your friends, if your home was a beautifully equipped professional-level kitchen and your friends were personable and accomplished chefs.

Mike worked with me beforehand to select a menu, focusing on authenticity and taste. (We chose a hyper-regional Tuscan Italian meal!) He created a private event page so my 14 guests could all book their tickets. From first contact to saying goodbye after much pasta making and laughing, I am impressed and proud to have a business of this caliber in our community.

This was a great experience for me and my father, we enjoy Chef Mike as he guides us with chopping the veggies and giving us extra knowledge about the tools we used and the food as well.🍜😋 He made my first experience super fun and made sure to not be shy to get your hands dirty. The place itself was very clean and everything had it's place (they have a area for future veggie growing and cant wait to be a part of that) This is a great idea for family bonding time or even a cute date idea, safe to say I will be returning in no time to learn a new fast and...
