Just had a horrible experience at this location. I was playing the the crane game(the green one). I played a total of 13 plays and grabbed the item every time and witnessed the hook release early well before the goal. Every time. Each time the hook made it to the goal, it did not open any further and just dropped down an open hook, as if a prize would still be there at that point. This is obviously a defective machine, so I brought it to the attention of the staff. I did not ask for the prize I was trying to grab nor did I ask for a refund.
While the staff was trying to help me, a gentleman took over and asked what was wrong. I explained the issue to him and he seemed incredulous to the idea that there was something wrong with the crane machine. He then tried multiple times to grab a prize in the machine and failed. At the same time, he told me he wins frequently on the machine and has had no problems the week he's been at this location. He then insinuated that it was a skill issue and also said the machine is acting as intended. He also said that the way to win was to aim for the prizes immediately around the goal to bypass the issue with the hook releasing early.
Not that I expected him to tinker with the machine and fix the odds, but hearing such poor defenses that contradicted each other while his own behavior and words contradicted to each other was embarrassing to watch.
The reason I'm posting this review is to make sure that anyone who goes to this location knows that any money spent on the crane machine is a waste and hopefully the owner of the business will reach out to the manufacturer and fix the defective machine.
Personally, I hope the young man I spoke to learns how to care about a customer's concern and not use his own lack of knowledge to explain things that he does not understand. A machine where you can only aim for 10% of the prizes and have a guarantee fail rate at everything else is a defective machine. A machine where you cannot possibly win the prizes you see based on where they're placed is a defective machine. A retail worker who doesn't care about a customer's concerns should just get a different...

I got sold a fake Labubu today. I opened it up and didn't realize the box had a QR code and I threw it away in front of the cashier. I checked the tags, and there is no QR code. Apparently the feet arent rotate and the stitching is supposed to be more hidden. I'm so disappointed as I spent...
