K&G Fashion Superstore — Local services in Mesquite

My husband and I went into the store in the mesquite area looking for some shoes. We saw a pair that was on a stand that said $29.99 clearance. He liked those so we went to purchase and they rung up $39.99 so we explain to the cashier and she calls the manager Mia over. Now for the start she seemed to have an attitude and didn’t want to come help. We explain to her she instantly says no they $39.99 without any investigation. So my husband says let’s go to the back and double check to the manager. She mumbles and follows him. I stay at the front because I know my attitude and the fact that she knows they have to honor the price. When he gets back to the front he said she was arguing with him a ripped the $29.99 sticker off. We just go ahead and purchase because we needed the shoes the next day. It’s not about the price difference it’s about the principle and the fact that the manager Mia was unwilling to help and correct the actions and also had an attitude. Bad...

In your store on Sept 14th around 12noon. I can’t remember the lady name but she told the only cashier that was helping another customer , if she needs her she would be by the back wall putting up items. Remind you, I was standing there waiting to be checked out while she walked off. The cashier had an issue with that customer, so she call her back. Well to make a long story short I said, I wish I had that same customer service, she heard me and ask me what did I say, so I repeated it. She said, the reason she came back because the cashier didn’t know how to do returns but she was missing the part . I was already standing there to check out and she walked off to put cloths up but when she came back she made sure to acknowledge the other customers that walked up after me that she will help them shortly. Very bad Customer Service!!!! I will need to return a couple of items today and I probably won’t return...

I would NEVER visit this location AGAIN !!!! I shop at K&G all the time and I get text messages about the deals. I so happened to be on this side of town and on my lunch break decided to do some shopping. I picked up 4 sweaters all of which was 29.99 except for one which was 24.99. At check out I seen they all rung up for 29.99 and I told the associate one was for 24.99. There and behold it clearly said 24.99 but she stated oh That's not the right price and asked do I still want it. I stated to her are you not going to honor the 24.99 on the sticker??? She repeated That's not the right price do you still want it or I can take it off. So at this point I I dont want any of the merchandise and now you guys lost a 100+ sale, I wont be returning to this location and this negative review over $5...
