I have to give the biggest shout out to Ramsey's Diamond Jewelers, especially Gabriella!! If you've ever been ring shopping, you KNOW how overwhelming it can be. We looked at sooo many places, didn't really see anything and there wasn't much help by the employees. Never have been to Ramsey's Diamond Jewelers before, we decided to go ride and check it out. I can honestly say, I did NOT AT ALL, expect what this whole thing became! We walked in and everyone was so nice and ready to help, but not pushy. We honestly pushed each one off, because we really were there to look, they were busy and we just didn't need someone at the time. A few came by to check on us and we said we were fine. Then came Gabriella and let me tell yall, it was like she was a close friend I ran into! The girl read my mind pretty much. Everything I was trying to explain to Lenny of what I was looking for, I couldn't find the words and didnt even realize that. Without even telling her this, she just started spitting it out. (Rewind...we originally went looking to upgrade my band for my current ring) My ring was just different and finding a band to go with it wasn't easy. She knows her stuff and just started spitting out her recommendations and it was EXACTLY what I had in mind. We ended up deciding (our choice not hers nor her recommendation) to just upgrade my whole ring as a band was just hard. If yall know me, yall know how picky I am. She was soooooo patient with me trying on so many rings and after not finding what I had in mind, we started going the custom route to try on different pieces to see what parts I liked and didn't and we would go from there. Long story short, I found my perfect peice! I honestly believe Gabriella was sent to me for a reason and things fell into place as they should have. Had it not happened the way it did, I don't believe I would be bragging on all this today! Now don't get me wrong, everyone at Ramsey's was great and super nice. I just feel that Gabriella was meant to be our diamontologist! Also, the prices are NOT at all what we expected to see. We honestly expected stuff that was WAY out of our budget. When they say they have the best afforfable prices, trust me they do and the quality of their diamonds is literally TOP NOTCH! Just go in and see for yourself. I promise you WILL see a major difference in their diamonds and sparkle! Thank you so so so much Gabriella! We are customers...

My fiance and I purchased our wedding bands here, and I had my engagement ring from another vendor re-sized. We had a lovely experience.

The showroom is spacious and well lit. We came in on a busy Saturday, but we were immediately greeted warmly, offered something to drink, asked what we were looking for, and guided to the proper part of the showroom with the assurance that someone will be over to assist. We were given a nice opportunity to browse the selections for ourselves, and then our sales representative, Sean, was there to guide us through everything; he was very personable to work with and did a great job at answering our questions. I knew I wanted a plain gold band, and despite "diamond jeweler" being in the name, I never felt pressured into getting a more ornate piece. My fiance didn't yet know exactly what he wanted before we came in, and we were very pleasantly surprised at just how nice and varied the men's ring selection was. Sean was in contact with my fiance for a a few days while he was gathering information regarding my fiance's ring from the designer before we ultimately made the purchase. Even checking out at the store was pleasant-- our brief interaction with Kallie as she was ringing us up contributed to our postivive impression.

I'm the type of person who can easily feel very overwhelmed by aggressive sales representatives, and Ramsey's staff has really struck the right balance between attentive, knowledgeable, and treating potential customers like people and not just another sale. I also greatly appreciate the cost transparency both on the website and in the showroom; having the costs on the website is what initially motivated me to walk into Ramsey's opposed to a different...

I can not say enough good things about my experiences here at Ramseys. I’ve worked with David & Gabrielle and both are stellar employees. I have been in here quite a few times over this past month and every time has been a 10/10. Gabrielle, helped me with upgrading my wedding ring. She went through every step so thoroughly, I think I asked her a million questions and actually repeated the same questions over and over and she was tentative to every single one. She actually helped me learn a bunch about diamonds and she made me confident in what I was buying. She made us laugh throughout the whole process with her jokes and kept everything very light. We never felt pressured to have to “buy something” the conversation was easy. It was like catching up with an old friend. I walked out of there thinking “wow! That girl really knew her stuff about diamonds!” She was so confident in everything she was saying.

David has helped me buy a bunch of Christmas gifts for family members. The minute we walk in, he has always greeted us with a smile! He was so kind in helping us chose different earrings and necklaces, he always made us feel like we were choosing the right piece. He was even so kind to send us a letter in the mail, thanking us for business and hoping that our grandmaw would love her new earrings for Christmas. I mean, talk about going above & beyond! In this day and age where good customer service is hard to come by, David truly knocked it out the park with that letter! We felt so special he would take time out of his day to do that.
