Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Methuen

This location is far and away the worst... I mean THE WORST TACO BELL EVER. Cold Fiesta potatoes, stale crunchy taco shells, stale premade burritos, and the quesalupa was soggy as if it had been sitting for 20+ minutes and was cold enough for the cheese in the shell to be solid.

The staff was rude, spoke mostly spanish, and didn't give a crap that we were even in the store once we were ordering. I never even got a receipt fot my order so I can't use it against them if I were to call corporate and report it. OH, AND THEY PICKED TOMATOES OFF OF A PREMADE DORITOS LOCOS TACO SUPREME FOR MY GIRLFRIEND, WHEN SHE ORDERED IT NO TOMATO. YEAH..sloppy at best.

Worst taco bell experience in my entire life.

And this is coming from a guy who drices for a living and has been to taco bell locations that looked far worse than this one, and made 100x better food.

DO NOT BE DECEIVED. DO NOT EAT JERE. YOU WILL LIKELY GET SICK. Run away, walk away, drive away, or else you will regret it.and...

This place sucks, their staff is very rude and unprofessional. Today is July 12th 2025 , I just left this place it’s currently 11:55.

The girl at the widow was rude as hell and kept walking away as we were trying to order. They made us wait at the door for our food and she came out to give us our food she forgot to give us a sauce we asked for at the window so we politely asked her to get it for us since she failed to do that the first time and she rudely replied “get it yourself” so we went inside to get the sauce we asked for and talk to the manager. The staff gave me a hard time about the manager so I spoke to a “supervisor” and told him to address that girl.

Hopefully the manager addresses her but just a piece of advice for her and anyone who clearly doesn’t like to work , no one forced you to pick this dead end job, you did that on your own so don’t be mad at me you actually have to...

Takes incompetence to an entirely and awesomely new level. Couldn't believe my eyes in the half hour it took for our simple order... Completely botched, everything was wrong, power bowl came without any protein with brown lettuce tasting of the dishwasher, messed up on my burrito supreme and gave me Doritos hard taco and then blamed and charged me the difference. Quesadilla had no ingredients in most of it, extremely bare and dry. Flavors were completely bitter and off. 5 other people had significant issues with orders as we waited for ours... Absolutely laughably unbelievably incompetent to the level of a comedy.
