Used to be the best of KFCs around the area, but went downhill. Went by on way home in North Reading and ordered a lot, including 2 breast and wing meals. Got home to find both were dark meat meals. Drive the 20 mins back to KFC and ask them to fix it. They then changed the chicken but tried to give me back the same sides that were in the boxes for 40 mins now. When I am them to change the sides, I get a look like I'm am being an a hole. I ask about a manager, but basically am ignored. Was going to ask for them to refund some of my money, but knew if I did it would have taken long enough to where my (now correct) good would go cold.
Avoid this place or make sure to sit in drive thru and check every piece of your order. Seems asking for places to get your order right these days is to much to ask, or for them to fix their mistake with an apology instead of acting as if your asking for the food you paid for is a huge...
Read moreKFC has the smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen. They must be using cornish hens these days. I don't go to KFC but once or twice a year. I only went there because three other restaurants I tried to visit decided to close due to snow.
I prefer Popeye's and on their worst day, Popeye's chicken is a cut above KFC.
I had to wait for someone to come from behind the cooking area and the there were two and I still was not acknowledged until the one person finished stapling a bag closed while I was standing right in front of him. Not even a "I'll be with you in a moment."

Read moreI went to this location a few weeks ago to purchase dinner for my family, and witnessed the worst customer service by a manager I have ever seen. This older gentleman purchased his food online. When he paid in the store, They charged him $6.00 more than the online price. Instead of apologizing or offering him a compromise, or even a coupon, the manager started insulting the poor guy in Spanish to her workers. I understood just enough to be so disgusted at the way she treated him, that I left and called the corporate office and filed a complaint. If the online price is different, honor it, or fix it.
