Small shop like you were stepping back in time to when businesses wanted your business. The two men working were attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I called them about a penny ante sale of a part they didn't have in stock. David , who turned out to be the gunsmith, told me they were to get some in, took my name and number said he would call me when it came in. Four days later, true to his word he called, they were in. I told him I didn't know when I would get in and instead of getting huffy he replied nice as could be he would put aside with my name on it and I could pick up at my convenience. I picked up today and took in a gun that I had a "different" sort of request. For work on it. Experienced a delay in my background check. Needed nics transaction number in order to appeal the delay. He refused to give me the number unless I bought another gun. I just read the response. His statements are definitely not true. I did not call, I came to the store. I could have verified my identity, no problem. You definitely did not say "the easiest way", you said "the only way."
