I usually don’t leave any bad reviews for places but I’m genuinely tired of dealing with this skyline location, the atmosphere is great but food, service, and cost wise (more expensive than other locations nearby) it’s terrible. For the past year everytime I’ve ordered food in the drive thru it’s always been cold or the wrong order, the food used to always be hot and taste good but now it’s either cold or slightly warm and recently the cheese coneys or 3 ways have had a very weird taste/smell to the point where I just throw the food away after a few bites, have brought it to the attention of the employees everytime I’ve ordered inside or in the drive thru, ive gone to countless other skylines for example dent, Miamitown, Delhi, etc.. and not once have I gotten the wrong/cold food, the other locations food also tastes wayyyy better/different/fresher than this locations but everytime I go to this skyline it’s always cold/tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours, even when I do ask for my food to be hot it never is. The old skyline used to be way better food/service and when this new skyline was built the food used to be good but the quality has definitely gone downhill for the past couple years now which sucks because I used to love coming to the Cleves skyline but now I don’t even bother because I already know I’m not going to enjoy the food or get my food made right. Hopefully this location improves as I would rather go here instead of driving 20 minutes to...

Staff is friendly and the food was not bad, but the communication was impossible to get right. I reiterated that I wanted a 4-way with bean and ended up with a 3-way....so I thought, but upon inspection there was an onion cup so it was rang up wrong as a 4-way with onions actually. I ordered a large doctor pepper with light ice, but they also couldn't understand that so I caught it at the window and politely asked for a large. Subsequently this led to me not getting the light ice because they then forgot the light ice. Overall, while they didn't technically "get the order wrong" they didn't ring it up right despite clear and calm communication. I think overall you should check everything before you roll out and head home if you want your order correct. I did politely call them about it and the manager is nice enough, but you get the vibe that company policy is more important than really doing anything to make it better. Like I said, just check everything before you leave if you are...

The chili doesn't have the skyline taste that is so loved and brings back the childhood memories. The buns were not fluffy, the tortilla wasn't soft...

Not sure if they use different brands than the original skylines.

I feel like they should change their name to something else. Definitely didn't remind me of skyline.

The hot sauce either isn't rotated or bottles aren't cleaned.

This isn't the employees fault either. Who ever owns or runs this skyline should really go visit other ones.

Hot sauce should be red. And shouldn't taste stale. They have crackers in a bag? They wrap the chiltoes with some goofy wax paper. They don't steam them.

Why have a skyline and not be skyline?

Hopefully someone reads this and saves their business because I would of rather gone to Gold Star down the street. The only reason I gave two stars is because I have love for the...

I feel this location has become skimpy with their portions. I use to love the chilitos but as of late, they are dry with very little chili. Photo 1 is the chilito I ordered. Photo 2 is their description of what a chilito looks like. This location is convenient but I will probably drive further to a different Skyline as this one has become too stingy. Edit after owner(s) response; whom asked me to reach out to them at their email. Their standard response to any negative review. Why, so I can get a free chilito..... Personally, I left a negative review because this has happened several times, this was not an isolated experience. I just think it is a company policy to be stingy on carryout orders. Probably because they are losing money on Roy Roger's next door.

As someone who worked for Skyline for 8 years, I truly hate to leave a bad review, but this location just cannot get it right. I paid $20 for a buffalo chicken salad and a half pint of chili with a side of onion (they said they didn’t have a chili bowl with onion option, but other locations have that.) My buffalo chicken salad had about 3 pieces of lettuce, no cheese and just consisted of mainly chicken and a massive amount of sauce; and was in no way worth over $9. They never provide utensils and hardly want to give out more than a pack of crackers. I hate to leave a bad review, but I’ve given this location so many attempts and today was it. I will absolutely be driving to Harrison whenever I’m craving Skyline.

Sloppy warm fries. Stopped in for a quick bite. Ordered chili cheese fries. Less than a minute later this sloppy bowl arrives. Chili smeared on the rim of the bowl. Fries take longer than a minute to cook. I dug in and the fries were barely warm. Thankfully the chili broth was hot enough to warm the bottom fries a bit. I really expected to have fresh fries not someone's leftovers. The location was well staffed and not very busy so there didn't seem to be a need to slop old warm food into the bowl. The server was nice. The cashier was nice. This warm sloppiness is just not what I expect from Skyline.
