Peifer Orchards — Local services in Miami Township

Great orchard/farm stand place! Beautiful grounds and loved driving up and seeing the mum's out. Fall y'all! Beautiful selection of veggies and other goods. Prices are right where I expected they would be $$. Everything that I brought home was delicious and beautiful. I would definitely go back. They have a nice selection of fresh baked goods (pies cookies and bread). Ohio honey is also available, in different sizes and beautiful glass bottles. Staff are super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The grounds are beautiful, I believe that they might have some smaller events throughout the year. They do have a portapotty available for the restroom, it was very clean and well stocked. Parking was easy to get in and out of and plenty of availability. Entry to U-Pick Pumpkin was $1/person. They had a variety of pumpkins to pick and a sunflower field. Apples and apple cider are really good; they have a variety of goods to purchase in the store as well (honey, candles, maple syrup, etc). Their Jonagold apples are super delicious. Employees were friendly and helpful.

The only minus thing is they get crowded very quickly, and there doesn’t seem to be a limit on how many people can be in the store at once either. Most in the store were wearing masks, but there were definitely some didn’t wear them or wore them below their noses. Parking/getting in and out could be a challenge when there are a lot of...

Beautiful orchard! Amazing bakery and they have an Aussie🥰 Heads up, the walk to pick apples is far. So, if you have someone with you who struggles with long walks, this will be hard for them. Toddlers will have fun exploring on the walk. First you will see pumpkins. Then sunflowers. Then some turns. A bench. A small drain like creek lol. Another turn Then bam, apples! It costs $2 per person to get in. It's around $2.50-$2.80 a pound. You get a basket with plastic. Then after you are done picking, they will weigh it for you back at the hut. You can pay their with card or cash.
