Ordered a day before Valentine’s . On the day of the delivery I called ALL DAY for any updates or follow up regarding the delivery since the person that was supposed to receive it never got it.

Called from 1pm until 9:30pm. All I got was “it’s out for delivery” yeah for like 7 hours right? No one in the shop even tried to assist, zero customer service. Arrangement was never delivered. Call one last time at 9:30pm somehow hoping AT LEAST they were on their way, they said that “the driver had an accident” right... so I had to called for u to tell me that? At 9:30pm? After the horrible service you guys are also LIARS?

Ordered flowers for my daughter’s 15th birthday and was disappointed by the arrangement delivered. The person on the phone was very friendly and seemed to understand what I was looking for in a floral arrangement and even suggested the particular color roses. However, the flowers were very poorly arranged, the bow very cheap, and the balloon added did not at all match the delicate theme of blush pink roses. They even spelled “Mommy” wrong on the card!! Mercy’s flowers was not what I expected. I paid $85 dollars and $15 dollars for the delivery and tax as well. Total $107 dollars for this. A bunch of flowers in a glass vase.
