We often stop by this jugos naturales On the comer of 57th and Flagler We travel about 780 miles(north Carolina) to Miami every 2 year due to our business. Sorry for the long introduction. But I was so disappointed with the customer service I received today yes on New Year’s Day 1/1/2021 Well first the ladies there that wait on you were just standing talking among them selves with no customers waiting on completely ignoring me while they just kept on with their conversations. I dint wanted to be rude and intrude but I’m a paying customer and would like to order some of that delicious food they have. Second thing I walked over were my wife was to order un pan con lechón without Onions Multiple time I explained to this rude woman Name ALENA WHICH SO ARROGANT AND MOODY. Am a business owner myself and we love our customer rude and all. They are all welcome and wait on with pleasure and respect. So back to the Sandwich 🥪 I started to open the wrapping and there full of ONIONS. I wrapped the sandwich back up and walked over to the lady name ALENA and the lady completely denied that she waited on me WOW I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!! then the cook walk over whom prepared the sandwich and started to belittled me and questioned if I indicated how I wanted the sandwich prepared. Of course I did Cause I’m allergic to Onions. They both the cook and The Rude woman ALENA LOOK LIKE THEY WELL LETS JUST SAY IF LOOK 👀 COULD KILL I VE SHOT UP. I READ ALOT REVIEW AND THOUGHT LOTS OF THEM WERE A LITTLE OVER reacting But nope most of them were on point. Most of the negative reviews I read this morning every one forgot the name of the person who waited on them. This the reason I wrote down her name ALENA STAY AWAY FROM THIS LADY AND THE FOOD WAS MEDIOCRE AT BEST. NOTHING HAD ANY TASTE NO SALSAS EITHER. WHAT? And you might ask yourself why not complained to the manager in charge there He wasn’t around and when I ask for him we were given very bad 👀 s and conflicting answers. Very very bad attentions to details. as a business owner my opinion to you is that complaint after complaints will add up and start bringing your business down little by little. It’s the details the small things we over look it’s what kills a business. Not the huge stuff. Just look what we are all dealing with COVID 19 An invisible Giant that has this world on its knees. Well enough history and life lesson.
You need to have better attention to the paying a customer.
Instruct your employees on their mannerisms.
Plain simple if don’t want to be there @ work with a positive attitude then just leave.
I will not come back. We value our customer. Jugos naturales Miami act as if we are bothered Some to them. So will go elsewhere were they’re happy to wait On us and want...

Read moreI’ve been coming to this location for over a year, several times a week. The food selection is consistently great, and the convenience keeps me coming back.
However, there are a few issues I’ve noticed that deserve attention:
Pricing Discrepancies — The posted menu prices throughout the store are often $1 to several dollars lower than what gets charged at checkout. When I spoke with a manager, he explained that they simply can’t find replacement numbers to correct the signage. That’s troubling, especially for regulars who expect consistency and transparency.
Customer Service Tension — I’ve witnessed staff arguing with customers on multiple occasions. It’s not an isolated incident, and I think it creates an uncomfortable environment for patrons who just want a good meal and a smooth experience.
Aggressive Tipping Culture — I’m a generous tipper when it comes to sit-down service. But at this location, takeout orders often come with suggested tips ranging from 15–30%, which feels excessive. I believe tipping should be encouraged, not pressured—especially for walk-up, counter service.
Rear Parking Lot Safety Concern — There’s a clearly marked “Do Not Enter” sign at the rear exit of the parking lot, yet I’ve repeatedly seen drivers ignoring it and entering anyway. This forces exiting cars to back up dangerously to accommodate incoming traffic. On multiple occasions, I’ve even witnessed heated arguments between drivers disputing the right of way—despite the signage. It's a recurring problem that could be easily fixed with better enforcement or clearer physical barriers.
I genuinely enjoy the food and appreciate the convenience, but I hope management will address these areas for improvement. Transparency and respectful customer interactions go a long way toward earning...
