Today I went in the morning to eat a medìa noche sandwich (midnight sandwich) cooked with a hot Milk and coffee for breakfast. I eat there and the lady didn't charge me until I was done eating and she don't tell me the price before eating and all of the sudden the one who attended me decide to over charge like 7 bucks for a small sandwich that didn't even full me and the milk and coffee was too hot that nearly burn my tongue.for I order a breakfast subway sandwich and better deal than that. I know don't if any of you customer overpaid like me or they charge like that with everybody, and on top of that the black hair Hispanic lady that attended me and charge has little to no customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend anybody to come to this place if either you know Spanish or you have to speak Spanish there kind. The reason why I say that is because I know how to speak Spanish professionally, but I don't speak there kind of Cuban Spanish! The sad part is I use to go there alot when I was a kid to eat a pastel or eat breakfast there as my childhood memories and I they never over charge me like that with better treatment than that, that's why I rate it a one star because of the good times I went there.if not I rate this...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible service here. Have come here since I was a little boy for 20+ years and it’s incredible how awful it’s gotten. Last time I went I asked for a simple hot dog and waited 20 minutes in there just for the lady to give me a hamburger. When I told her it was supposed to be a hot dog but I needed to take the burger because I was in a rush, she expected me to pay the difference for HER mistake. This morning I go back to grab breakfast for my family and while ordering, the waitress (not sure her name) is giving me all sorts of faces and rolling her eyes at me. Very unprofessional and should go work in a dark corner away from the world because she clearly is not built for customer service. Then when I open up our “Cuban Sandwiches” it was essentially two pieces of bread with nothing but 7 pounds of mayonnaise and the thinnest slice of ham one has ever laid their eyes upon. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Fire the whole staff except the nice lady who works the register on the weekdays,...
